Venipak is an active participant in the expansion of the parcel delivery market and by dedicating a lot of attention to long-term links with clients, it ensures the highest quality of service delivery. In Lithuania, Venipak gets installed in new and modern terminals all over Lithuania, with a combined floor space of 7,000 m². The terminals in Vilnius and Kaunas have modern conveyor belts that help to improve the quality of work in the establishment.

Geography Expansion It is particularly important for our company to continually respond to client needs, not to stand still, but to dynamically adapt to changing requirements. We started operations in Lithuania in the summer of 2004, and by 2006 we were already able to offer parcel delivery services to the other Baltic countries – Latvia and Estonia. By 2020 we plan to operate in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia; and by 2025 in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Belarus. Venipak will be able to offer modern logistics solutions to clients beyond Lithuania as well. Parcel delivery will be more rapid for Lithuanian businessmen trading in the markets of those countries. /13


Venipak in Lithuania SHIPMENTS Every day we transport more than 7,000 shipments and 20,000 packages just within the territory of Lithuania, with our services being used by about 1,300 companies. TERMINALS The combined floor space of all the Venipak terminals in Lithuania is over 6,000 m². Venipak in Latvia Packages are delivered within 24 hours everywhere in the territory of Latvia, including the largest cities – Riga, Daugavpils, LiepÄ ja. In our modern 1,100 m² parcel despatch terminal in Riga, more than 50 couriers and 30 other staff are employed. Venipak services are already used in Latvia by major manufacturers and traders of furniture, car parts, kitchenware, office supplies and tools, including on-line retailers.

Venipak in Estonia Venipak parcels are delivered to any part of the country. We offer regular delivery schedules, by means of which parcels from Lithuania reach recipients in Tallinn within 48 hours and recipients in other parts of Estonia within 72 hours. For Estonia we also offer parcel tracking, which helps assure greater security and control.

SUPPORT Since the beginning of 2013 we are permanent supporters of the Avevitus social development and rehabilitation centre in Lithuania. This organisation is a not-for-profit multifunctional development and therapy centre that provides effective supplementary special training for children with disabilities, arranging leisure activities for them and helping their families to cope. At this centre, children with special needs are taught to understand and manage their disability, to take care of themselves and to find their way around their surroundings. The activities improve the development of their fine motor skills and their cognitive and physical abilities, helping the children achieve positive emotions and self-confidence. /31 /2
