Cornish Whiskey new for 2011!

The first Cornish Whiskey in over 300 years has evolved from a unique collaboration of two family businesses. Together with St Austell Brewery we are releasing a 7-year-old Cornish Whiskey. Made from Cornish barley and blended with local spring water, the whiskey started its journey with the brewing process at St Austell Brewery. The transformation into whiskey began, here at Healey’s, with its double distillation in our traditional copper pot still. The spirit has been left to sleep in our cellars for 7 years, and has now matured into a Cornish whiskey we are justifiably proud of. Do not miss the opportunity to go on the journey yourself with one of our friendly and informative guided tours, available at the farm.
