Limoncello Collins The Limoncello Collins is much like the Tom Collins, but with the addition of Limoncello, a lemon liqueur. That makes the lemon flavor considerably stronger than the gin. This one has bubbles from the club soda that make it extra refreshing. 2 ounces limoncello 1 1⁄2 ounces gin 2 ounces fresh lemon juice 2 ounces club soda Pour the limoncello, gin and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Press three very thin lemon slices against the side of a collins glass, and add ice. Pour the mixture from the mixing glass over the ice. Top with the club soda, add a mint for garnish. Black Russian The Black Russian drink supposedly first appeared in Brussels in 1949. It’s a wonderfully simple cocktail, but you wouldn’t know that from the flavor. This drink doesn’t really have anything to do with Russia, other than the fact that it contains vodka. The main flavor in this drink is simply the Kahlua. 1 1⁄2 ounces vodka ⁄4 ounce Kahlua, or other coffee flavored liqueur 3

Pour the ingredients into a highball glass with ice cubes, and stir. Serve with a straw. --

Frisco Sour The Frisco Sour is an old classic. The usual recipe for a sour is your main ingredient + lemon + simple syrup or sugar. But this drink uses Benedictine for sweetening. 2 ounces rye or bourbon 1 ⁄2 ounce Benedictine 1 ⁄2 ounce lemon juice 1 ⁄2 ounce lime juice Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour in all ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a sour glass and garnish with lemon or lime.

Lunchbox The Lunchbox drink recipe is a very lovable cocktail. There’s nothing especially sophisticated about it – it just tastes incredibly good. 1 1⁄2 ounces Southern Comfort 1 1⁄2 ounces amaretto 3 1⁄2 ounces orange juice 1 1⁄2 ounces beer Pour the orange juice into a highball glass first. Next pour the beer. Then pour the amaretto. Finally, pour the Southern Comfort. Alternately, you can put the Southern Comfort in a shot glass and drop it down in. Give it a quick stir.
