Strategy ● Scoped the project and provided a Senior Engineer for the Pilot install. ● Provide market intelligence from knowledge provided by extensive network of engineers. ● Scheduled all sites required ● ECS then revised the script following the results from the Pilot ● Resourced EPOS field engineers nationwide via our internal network. ● Produce the site schedule in line with cost saving objectives ● Organised accommodation and funded costs upfront ● Daily Engineer management including real-time updates and site sign off. ● Weekly kit audits ● ID card creation and distribution ● Issue management and escalation

Objective To deliver a three staged project with various skilled engineers with varying scopes of work. Cabling, Printer Installation, EPOS Install.
Strategy ● Provide market intelligence based on constant communication with our network of engineers to assist with providing customers with the best rate and quality of engineer. ● Organise and attend pilot days to risk assess and schedule accordingly, taking risks and timeframes into consideration. ● Resource Engineers nationwide from our network of engineers and where possible always using tried and tested engineers, or recommendations from our team. ● Regular kit audits ● Cost tracking for site revisits and client spend ● Provided ECS phones for engineers to use client app to track engineers progress and sign off, cost built into initial quote. ● ID card creation and distribution ● Organised storage units for kit to be distributed to for the duration of the project to cut down logistics costs.
Result Provided 12 Multi Skilled Field Engineers Nationwide including ROI and NI to deliver the project over a 6 month period.
Objective To provide Smart Hands engineers to work alongside a Lead Engineer and be trained in the installation of Retail IT Equipment
