Mitia Breckenridge
Mitia was born in 1984 in Italy in the beautiful city of Florence. Son of a Canadian artist he has been drawing and painting when he was a young kid, then he studied 5 years at the Academy of Art in Siena and later in the Academy of Florence. After the studies, he got the opportunity of working as a model and he has been traveling for many years working for important agencies and major brands in the fashion industry. This gave him the opportunity to see lots of important exhibitions all over the world and finally, he found his freedom and own style.
“My works are all painted with a palette knife in oils colors on really resistant jute canvas. I think the energies move in cycles, circles, spirals, vortexes, whirls and different directions. The color has the power which can directly influence the soul. Each of my work in that perfect moment is a pure feeling and transport of energy and colors in different emotions. Enjoy the ride!”
