strawberry cheesecake overnight oats

Ingredients

250g Whole Oats

500ml Semi Skimmed Milk

250g Fat Free Yoghurt

200g Strawberries (chopped)

Tsp Vanilla Extract

100g Digestive Biscuits

Directions

In a bowl mix the oats, vanilla extract and milk together. Cling film and place in the fridge overnight. 1 Once chilled, mix the yoghurt and chopped strawberries through the oats.

2. In a bowl, crush the digestive biscuits into a crumble. 3 Distribute the oat mix into small dishes and top with crumbled biscuits. 4.
