The revitalization of Sassoon Docks is an important project for the city of Mumbai that will preser ve the cultural value of the area and help continue to sustain numerous fishermen The design concept is derived from the ocean itself. The design portrays the liquidity and fluidity of the waves and is thus made up of free flowing sur faces and is extended further into the landscape design as well

The buildings and landscape design is fluid in terms of the shape and façade and is organic to bind the built environment with the natural environment It is also befitting since the area in consideration is a wet dock
