THE SPEAKERS Dr. Theresa Welbourne is the FirsTier Banks Distinguished Professor of Business at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln as well as an affiliated research scientist with the Center for Effective Organizations (CEO), University of Southern California. She also is the founder, president and CEO of eePulse, Inc., a human capital technology and consulting firm. Rob Briner is Professor of Organisational Psychology at the School of Management, University of Bath and previously worked at Birkbeck College, University of London. His publishing and research have focused on several topics including wellbeing, emotions, stress, motivation and everyday work behaviour.
