West Coast seafood & charcuterie platter Includes seafood cocktail medley, smoked salmon, duck breast & venison Marinated grilled vegetables with herb and garlic olives, beetroot hummus pots & blush tomato Crostini’s. Spring pea & mint soup with a selection of artisan bread, Scottish churned butter & flavoured oils.

Highland venison casserole slow cooked with herbs & red wine. Poached Orkney salmon with a chardonnay & dill cream. Root vegetable risotto with pearl barley, Scottish herbs & a wild garlic oil. Sirloin of Scottish beef with Yorkshire pudding & goose fat roast potatoes. *

TO END Profiteroles with butterscotch sauce. Banoffee Pie with sweet cream & chocolate drizzle lemon & ginger cheesecake pot Served upside-down! Clootie Dumpling with marmalade custard. *
