BE FO RE YO UR PA RTY Party goers All Christmas party guests must be over 18 to attend. Confirming your party If your party is under 10 bedrooms, you can now book your Christmas party night meal and overnight accommodation in one go online by visiting the Christmas parties page on our website. We’ll ask for full payment for your whole party when you book online. If you are looking to book a non-residential party ticket, you can book up to 10 tickets online or for anything over 10 just complete an online enquiry form and we’ll get back to you. Your party group name and any dietary requirements Your party group may decide to book their own party tickets and bedrooms so that it stops one person having to collect the money. If that’s the case, you can still book individually online. To make sure that we put you in bedrooms close to each other AND sit you on the same party table, please complete the field asking for the party group name – just make sure you decide this name before you book. If you don’t add a party group name, we won’t be able to seat you with the rest of your friends or colleagues. You can also use these fields to complete any dietary requirements so that we’re aware of these before the party. If your plans change and it happens, here’s what we can do: Some plans do change and you can get a full refund if you cancel your Party night up to eight weeks before your party. If you cancel within eight weeks of your Party night, your payments will be non-refundable and cannot be used against other products or services. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your party night, you’ll be offered an alternative date, venue or full refund. Seating plans Remember to add your party group name when you book online to guarantee you’re sitting with your friends or colleagues. Tables can seat up to 12 so if your party is under 12, then you’ll be sat together but with other parties It’s a great way to make new friends.
Activities Our hotels in Peebles and Crieff are quite the adventure playground. You may want to start your party on a quad bike or dust off the next day cobwebs with a gallop around the estate. You can book activities via our website and reserve the best seat in the house for a kick-off afternoon tea.
DURI NG YO UR PA RTY Check-in Your bedroom will be ready for you from 4:00pm but you’re welcome to arrive earlier and take advantage of the great facilities. Pre-authorisation on check-in We’ll take a mandatory pre-authorisation of £50.00 from your credit/debit card on check-in per room to allow you to charge everything back to your bedroom during your party and against any damages during your stay. You can pay with the same/different card on departure, and your £50.00 is released back into your account by your bank within 3-4 working days. Please note, the hotel is not holding your money. Licensing Laws Due to licensing laws, only alcoholic drinks purchased from the hotel can be consumed in the hotel. Any alcohol brought into the hotel will be removed and returned to you when you leave. Have fun, be kind… It’s your Christmas party and we want you to have fun and a great time with your fellow party goers. We can’t and won’t tolerate any offensive or abusive behaviour and we will ask you to leave without a refund if any behaviour is inappropriate. If you cause any damage as a result of inappropriate behaviour (including smoking and vomit), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £250.00 for any damages to your pre-authorised credit card. Check-out Check-out time is 11:00am, but you’re welcome to stick around and enjoy the facilities for the rest of the day whether that’s an early lunch, a wander around our beautiful Christmas decorations or a blast down a mountain bike trail to refresh and re-energise.
