Cardio Blast High intensity | 45 minutes | Gym This class is based in the gym using CV equipment. Focus of the class is to help you improve your stamina and cardiovascular system through a mixture of speeds, gradients, resistances and intensities.
Les Mills Body Combat High intensity | 45 minutes | Fitness Studio High-energy martial arts-inspired non-contact workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class.
Queenax Social Circuits Moderate intensity | 60 minutes | Fitness Studio Complete full body workout in the Fitness Studio using stations around our custom built Queenax Rig. Once you try it, you’ll never look back.
