ophomore Morgan Jones has been cheering for nine years making her an experienced cheer leader. It shows with her flying up in the air with nothing but her teammates on the ground for her support. Not only is she a star on the football field, she is a part of the stunt team as well. Cheering being her hobby, Jones has taken it to the next level through the high school team. Jones is usually in the gym practicing up to 15 hours a week. “I love flying and cheering on the football team. It feels like I’m just in my own world,” Jones said. With much experience– Jones has been cheering since she was in the second grade– she has made tons of friends through the sport including a close friend, Nikki Robinson. “[Jones] is really funny and knows how to make people laugh and she works her hardest to get better,” Robinson said. Jones has proven herself to be a hard worker through her talent and even her teammates acknowledge her amazing ability.
