Combining old traditions and modern technology Eesti Pagar has created a wide range of frozen bakery products for Retail, Bake Off and HoReCa, including a variety of traditional rye breads, sandwich buns, sweet and savory bake off pastries, cakes and semi-finished bakery products.
To ensure the highest quality of our products, we are constantly making investments in new equipment and improvement of the production technology. Our bakery products are produced on the most modern production lines in Northern Europe and our Quality Management System is in compliance with BRC and IFS Global Standards for Food Safety. We use only high-quality ingredients from carefully selected suppliers and take sustainability and environmental protection very seriously – we are constantly increasing the share of 100% recyclable packaging and using CO2-free green energy to heat our production lines. Our products are produced with RSPO certified palm oil and Rainforest Alliance certified cacao.
WHY FROZEN
Deep-freeze technology allows us to exclude preservatives from the mix, achieve more stable quality and better production cost. Once produced, products are shock-frozen and stored below -18 °C to preserve freshness for 12 months without compromising the taste and quality. It gives us the possibility to transport our frozen bakery products around the world.

The current catalogue gives you an overview of our stock products. However, any of the shown products can be also produced under your Private Label. Many European Retail chains and Wholesale companies have already chosen us as a reliable partner to produce frozen bakery products under their Private Labels. 90% of our export turnover is produced under Private Labels.
