Current situation in Tanzania 5 LCs 17 years of existence 100 members Realizations since 1st of July 2017: o 228 iGV o 20 iGT o1 iGE o 44 oGV o 6 oGT o 2 oGE Both iGV and oGV is done in the LCs, but also in expansions centres (cities where there is no physical LC), that are under the supervision of an LC
Requirements for the post Duration: June – November 2017 Estimated work: at least 8h/week Accountable to: MCVP iGV, MCVP iGT, MCVP OGX Very good knowledge of the Refreshed Standards , the Customer Flow and XPP and practical experience in implementing them Exchange Experience required Good communication skills and the ability to downscale the quality management practices from ICB to the LC level Able to think of creative ways to engage all exchange members and VPs to fulfill the Standards At least LCVP experience Available for online meetings with the MCVPs/LCVPs exchange in Tanzania
Job Description Represent and communicate matters of ECB interest to National Plenary Create a smooth, efficient and timely communication between ICB, MC and LC Create, downscale and implement a case solving flow for all EPs (i&o) Solve in a timely manner any case raised with the ECB Ensure 100% implementation of the Exchange Standards for all EPs of AIESEC in Tanzania (i&o) Educate and conduct trainings for the VPs and exchange members on the new MoS, Exchange Standards and their practical implementation, using creative means KPIs: % of Standards implemented based on EXPA survey from EPs, NPS from EPs; # of cases successfully solved; average time for solving a case
Application Process Make the bold decision to apply! Fill in the Application Questionnaire. Choose one of the 6 Development Standards and create a detailed plan to downscale it to LCs and to track it properly. Include a recommendation letter from one of your members (someone who worked for you). Send all the application package to mcvroom@googlegroups.com until 31st May 2017. We will then schedule an interview with the Exchangers Crew of Tanzania. Final results will be announced on 2nd June 2017.
