KITCHEN SPACE
The concept of the kitchen began as a continuation of the client’s own perception upon the interior space. An emphasis on clean lines and off-white neutral pallette was crucial for the design to come to life.
The kitchen encompasses 2 main work spaces that gradually disolve into the living area and allow for an organic space layout.

Wood, green and off-whites. Living Room The living room is designed to accomodate a passive recreational space that offers views onto the remodeled patio outside. Themateriality of the space is the one setting up an architectural dialogue and bring in together colors and furniture items.

Bathroom
The bathroom area started in the idea of space division and functionality, keeping the same off-white concept and clean geometry. The space provides a shower area, brought into perspective with the help of dark tones of materials, such as the marble tiles and plumbing fixtures and the second space, which is the sink area, intended to accomodate the functionality of the daily, without overpowering the space itself.
Dark vs Light

The predominant off-white theme of the entire residence was again maintained in the bedroom area, along with introducing the light plywood as an overall material, both for walls and wood parquette on the floor. The single accent wanted was the dark matte light fixtures, intended to break the existing color scheme.
Without style, life is a huge mistake.
500 S 336 TOWNHOUSE This project was a combination of light vs dark. it was intended to suit the clien’ts needs and adjust to his desires in a way that would describe a modern living atmosphere to a very conventional existence. The project follows a minimalist approach in some aspects but breaks it with the use of complicated furniture items and materiality.
To Be Enlightened
The goal for the dining and kitchen area was to accomodate all necessary functions of a modern kitchen space within an enclosed 90 square feet. Using dark and light colors with a cappucino sprinkle was intentional, offering the space personality.
‘Less is more’ Mies van der Rohe Kitchen and Dining
Dining Area Wood, off-white walls and dark accents bring in personality and make a smooth transition into the living space.
The kitchen features an island area intended to help transition this space into the dining area as well as provide additional space for the inhabitants of the house themselves.
The more you feel, more you need.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is a combination of nudes and neutrals, offering comfort and situating itself as a passive recreational hub in the house.

Office
Office Space
The office space had 2 main goals to achieve: functionality + space division and accomodating 2 opposites in terms of style and taste.
The design opts for a bold, dark color pallette with accents of white and sunset orange to try and break the minimalist approach and introduce color.
