MathWorks is proud to mark our 10th year participating in the Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program. Over this period, we've had 37 students from Cristo Rey Boston High School join our team. This year, 10 students have brought enthusiasm, creativity, and a solid work ethic to our workplace. Their contributions have been impactful, enriching our company culture and streamlining processes while giving them invaluable professional experience.

The Corporate Work Study Approach
CWS functions as an employment agency within Cristo Rey Boston. Students are employees of CWS and are not part of your payroll.
Students work a typical business day
Students are deployed Monday - Thursday each week between September and June.
Students can work in a job-sharing team or be assigned a specific day.
Partners can choose the number of students that fit their needs. 96%
