Customs regulations • Croatian customs regulations are almost completely compliant with the regulations and standards of EU countries , but in the case of bringing into the country items of non-commercial nature and for personal use, customs duty and VAT are not required to be paid for items worth up to 1,000.00 kuna. • Bringing in or taking out foreign or national cash and cheques by foreigners or Croatians residing abroad is permitted but amounts greater than 10,000 euros must on each occasion be declared to a customs officer. • More expensive professional and technical equipment must be declared to a customs officer at the border crossing. • Individuals who do not have permanent or temporary residence or abode in Croatia are entitled to a refund of value added tax (VAT) on goods bought in Croatia if the value of goods per invoice exceeds 740 kuna. This is based on the form PDV P, that is the Tax cheque form which, when exporting the goods abroad, has to be certified by Customs within 3 months of the purchase date, ie. the date stated on the delivery invoice for the purchased goods. A foreign citizen must request a refund within six months of the invoice date. Medical services • Hospitals and clinics are located in all major cities, surgeries and pharmacies in small towns. • Foreign tourists who are compulsorily insured in the countries with which Croatia has an agreement on Social Security, do not pay the full costs for emergency health care services during a private visit to the Republic of Croatia, provided they have confirmation of the right to health care. • Emergency health care (including transport) is available in the same way and following the same regulations as for Croatian citizens covered by Social Security which includes a user’s payment of a small percentage (called participacija) of the health care costs.

Prices • For all additional explanations and more detailed information on pricing and on valid commercial terms and availability of services offered in certain marinas, please contact the marina directly • Due to the way the price list is displayed, it was not possible to show all the details and specifications of type of services at berths, therefore we advise that close attention is paid to the price lists of individual marinas noting that extra payments may be required for electricity and water. This recommendation also applies to conditions of service of crane usage, other services and additional offers. • In most marinas in Croatia annual berth rates for vessels engaged in charter activity are 10-20% higher than the stated price • In most of the marinas monthly berth rates are offered under special conditions during summer and in winter • Some marinas do not offer monthly rates in July and August • Some marinas give certain discounts on their services based on long-term contracts in the marina or on the basis of cooperation with major sports clubs or associations. Zollbestimmungen • Die geltenden Zollvorschriften der Republik Kroatien sind nahezu vollkommen an die Vorschriften und Standards der EU-Länder angepasst, aber hinsichtlich der Einfuhr von Gütern nicht kommerzieller Natur, für den persönlichen Gebrauch sind nur Gegenstände bis zum Wert von 1.000,00 Kuna vom Zoll und von der Mehrwertsteuer befreit. • Die Ein- und Ausfuhr von ausländischem oder kroatischem Bargeld und Schecks ist für ausländische und kroatische Staatsbürger mit Auslandswohnsitz unbeschränkt, aber jede Ein- oder Ausfuhr eines Betrages über 10.000 Euro ist dem Zollbeamten zu melden. • Wertvollere professionelle Ausrüstung und technische Geräte sind dem Zollbeamten am Grenzübergang ebenfalls zu melden. • Personen, die keinen ständigen oder befristeten Aufenthaltsort oder Wohnsitz in Kroatien haben, haben Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der bezahlten Mehrwertsteuer für in Kroatien gekaufte Ware, wenn der Wert einer Rechnung mindestens 740,00 Kuna beträgt, und zwar ausschließlich gegen Vorlage des durch einen Zollbeamten beglaubigten PDV-P-Formulars (MwSt-Formular) oder Tax cheque-Formulars für die Ausfuhr der gekauften Ware ins Ausland und zwar innerhalb von 3 Monaten vom Datum des Kaufs bzw. vom Datum, das auf der Rechnung für die gelieferte Ware angeführt ist. Hafenarten des nautischen Tourismus • Im Einklang mit den Richtlinien über die Klassifizierung und Kategorisierung der Häfen des nautischen Tourismus in der Republik Kroatien werden dieselben wie folgt eingeordnet: Ankerplatz, Deponieren von Wasserfahrzeugen, Trockenmarina, Marina. • Die einzelnen Häfen des nautischen Tourismus werden je nach Art ihrer angebotenen Dienstleistungen klassifiziert und aufgrund derselben wird die Liegeplatzdienstleistung berechnet. • Die Kategorien der Häfen des nautischen Tourismus der Art „Marina“ sind mit Ankern gekennzeichnet und zwar mit 2, 3, 4, und 5 Ankern. Preise • Für alle zusätzlichen Erläuterungen und detaillierten Informationen über Preise und geltende

kommerzielle Bedingungen sowie über die Verfügbarkeit der angebotenen Dienstleistungen in den einzelnen Marinas ist es notwendig, sich direkt an die betreffende Marina zu wenden. Hinsichtlich der tabellarischen Darstellung der Preisliste ist es nicht möglicht, alle Einzelheiten und Besonderheiten der einzelnen Dienstleistungsart des Liegeplatzes hervorzuheben; deshalb empfehlen wir, auf Zusatzpositionen in den Preislisten jeder einzelnen Marina zu achten, die aufgrund des Liegeplatzpreises zu zahlen sind wie beispielsweise Zahlungen für Strom und Wasser. Diese Empfehlung bezieht sich auch auf Nutzungsbedingungen der Krandienstleistungen sowie auf sonstige Dienstleistungen und Zusatzangebote. In den meisten Marinas der Republik Kroatien ist der Preis für einen Jahresliegeplatz für Chartertätigkeit ausübende Wasserfahrzeuge 10-20 % höher als die angeführten Preise. In den meisten Marinas wird die Dienstleistung des Monatsliegeplatzes sowohl während der Sommersaison als auch im Winterzeitraum zu Sonderbedingungen angeboten. Einige Marinas bieten im Juli und August keine Monatsliegeplätze an. Einzelne Marinas gewähren für langjährigen Aufenthalt in der Marina oder aufgrund einer Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Sportklubs oder -vereinen gewisse Nachlässe auf ihre Dienstleistungen. Diesbezügliche Informationen kann man direkt in den Marinas erhalten. Einige Marinas haben die Möglichkeit, bei vorheriger Anmeldung Megayachten aufzunehmen. In den meisten Marinas wird den Jahresliegeplatznutzern eine Verwaltungsgebühr in Höhe von 40 60 Euro in Rechnung gestellt. Dieser Betrag deckt alle Verwaltungskosten für die einstweilige Einfuhr des Wasserfahrzeugs. Die Marinas behalten sich das Recht vor, sonstige gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Entgelte in Rechnung zu stellen. Jede Marina behält sich das Recht der Preisänderung vor. Bei einer eventuellen Änderung des Mehrwertsteuersatzes können sich die Preise für Dienstleistungen in den Marinas ändern.

Classificazione delle infrastrutture per la nautica da diporto • La classificazione delle infrastrutture per la nautica da diporto vigente nella Repubblica di Croazia prevede le seguenti categorie: portualità turistica (marina con posti barca in mare e posti barca a terra), ancoraggi ed approdi. • I porticcioli/marina per la nautica da diporto vengono suddivisi in categorie a seconda del tipo di servizio offerto, ed in base ad esso viene determinato il prezzo dell’ormeggio. • Le categorie dei porti del turismo nautico di tipo «Marina» sono contrassegnati con ancore: 2,3,4 e 5 ancore.

Prezzi • Per informazioni più dettagliate relative ai prezzi ed alle condizioni commerciali vigenti, nonché sulla disponibilità dei servizi offerti da ogni singolo marina, è necessario rivolgersi direttamente al marina prescelto. • Visto che il listino prezzi è dato nella tabella, non risulta possibile fornire tutte le particolarità relative ai servizi di un singolo ormeggio per cui si consiglia di consultare i listini prezzi delle singole marine e i prezzi extra che si aggiungono al prezzo di base dell’ormeggio. Tali prezzi si riferiscono al consumo della corrente elettrica e dell’acqua. Questo vale anche per le condizioni dell’utilizzo della gru per barche e agli altri servizi, nonché all’offerta aggiuntiva. • Nella maggior parte dei marina della Repubblica di Croazia, il canone d’ormeggio fisso (annuo) per le unità da diporto charter è maggiorato del 10-20% rispetto ai prezzi pubblicati. • In gran parte dei marina il servizio di ormeggio mensile si offre sotto condizioni particolari nel periodo estivo ed invernale. • Alcuni marina non danno la possibilità di ormeggio mensile nei mesi di luglio ed agosto • Alcuni marina concedono determinati sconti sui prezzi dei propri servizi in ragione della fedeltà del diportista, che da anni ormeggia la propria unità in quel marina, oppure in base a convenzioni con associazioni o circoli sportivi. Dispositions douanières • Les règles douanières de la République de Croatie sont quasiment identiques aux règles et normes appliquées dans les pays de l’Union européenne, mais en ce qui concerne les objets de nature non commerciale à usage privé, il existe une exonération du paiement des droits de douane et de la TVA lorsque leur valeur n’excède pas 1 000,00 kunas. • Les devises étrangères, la monnaie nationale et les chèques peuvent être importés et exportés librement par les étrangers et les citoyens croates résidant à l’étranger, mais tout montant d’une contrevaleur en kunas de 10 000,00 euros ou plus doit être obligatoirement déclaré à la douane. • Tout équipement technique et professionnel de valeur doit également être déclaré au douanier au poste-frontière. • Les personnes physiques ne possédant pas de permis de séjour ou de résidence, temporaire ou définitif, en Croatie, ont droit au remboursement de la TVA croate sur la marchandise achetée en Croatie si la valeur de celle-ci sur une seule facture est supérieure à 740,00 kunas, à condition de faire valider le formulaire « PDV-P » ou « Tax cheque » auprès du douanier lors de la sortie vers l’étranger de la marchandise achetée dans un délai de 3 mois à compter de la date d’achat, c’est-à-dire de la date inscrite sur la facture des biens achetés. Types de ports de plaisance • Conformément au Règlement sur le classement et la catégorisation des ports de plaisance en République de Croatie, ces derniers sont classés en quatre types : mouillage, amarrage, marina à sec, marina. • Les ports de plaisance sont classés selon le type de services fournis et leurs tarifs sont liés à ce classement. • Les catégories des ports de plaisance de type « marina » sont indiquées par des ancres et ce, avec 2, 3, 4 ou 5 ancres. mation plus détaillée sur les prix et les conditions commerciales en vigueur ainsi que la disponibilité des services proposés dans chacune des marinas, veuillez vous adresser directement à la marina concernée. En raison de la présentation des tarifs en tableau, il est impossible d’indiquer toutes les particularités et spécificités de chaque type de service d’amarrage. Il est donc conseillé de faire attention aux éventuels suppléments à payer en plus du prix de base, tels que les suppléments pour l’électricité et l’eau courante. Cela vaut également pour les conditions d’utilisation du service de grue ainsi que pour les autres services et offres complémentaires. Dans la plupart des marinas en République de Croatie, les tarifs de location annuelle de poste pour une activité commerciale liée à la plaisance sont supérieurs de 10 à 20% aux tarifs habituels. Dans la plupart des marinas, un service mensuel d’amarrage est proposé à des conditions particulières, aussi bien en saison qu’en période hivernale. Certaines marinas ne proposent aucun service mensuel d’amarrage durant les mois de juillet et août. Certaines marinas font bénéficier leurs clients fidèles d’une remise spéciale, sur la base d’un renouvellement régulier du contrat d’abonnement annuel ou d’un contrat de coopération avec des grands clubs et associations sportives. Des informations complémentaires peuvent être obtenues sur place. Certaines marinas offrent la possibilité d’amarrer des megayachts, sous réserve d’en informer la marina au préalable. Dans la plupart des marinas, les usagers du service de location annuelle de poste paient également la taxe administrative, dont le montant est de 40 à 60 euros. Ce montant couvre l’ensemble des frais administratifs de l’importation temporaire du navire de plaisance. Les marinas se réservent le droit de facturer les autres taxes prescrites par la loi. Chaque marina se réserve le droit de modifier ses tarifs. En cas de changement du taux de TVA, les prix des services des marinas sont susceptibles d’évoluer.

Taxe de séjour • Tous les plaisanciers (propriétaires de bateaux privés et utilisateurs de charters) séjournant en Croatie sont tenus de s’acquitter de la taxe de séjour, conformément à la Loi sur les taxes de séjour de la République de Croatie - www.mint.hr.
