Creative personality · science festival Creative personality•science festival, which managed by a variety of students booth is hold at the Yong-hwa high school for the first time. Even though it had been already held in other schools, it will be managed by a lot of interesting experiences.

It will be composed of about 20 teams with 1st and 2nd grade students, and less than 10 students in each team will plan and operate initiatively that it will stand out their brilliant ideas. As it opens widely with everyone, students are preparing their booth diligently.

We have interviewed ‘molecular gastronomy team' among many teams.

A. Hello, I'm Yoo-jung Cheon, the owner of the mo-

Can you simply explain about your booth?

A. Our booth will help you to easily understand sci-

What did you decide to choose the molecular gastronomy booth?

A. When I was 16, I had been to Hyae-sung high-school

What is the principle of molecular gastronomy?

Then in the booth, which food can we make and how can we make?

A. We will offer ‘Fake Beer’, ‘Strawberry Chocolate

Popping Sugar’, and ‘Rainbow Jelly Cocktail’, total three foods. You can make fake beer by putting bubbles made of lecithin on yellow drink which has similar color with beer. Strawberry chocolate popping sugar is easy to make. Spread some melted chocolate and special sugar on a strawberry. Then you can feel popping in your mouth because of sugar. Meanwhile, we can make rainbow jelly cocktail by stacking gelatin in rainbow color.

What was the most difficult thing while preparing the booth?

A. Because we found our several information through

Andy Warhol is one of the most important artist in the art history. He is the pioneer of pop art. He's paintings remained great effect to art history. Now let's know about him one by one.

He often used things about pop culture such as a coca-cola as a motive of his work. That is why he named his workroom 'factory'. For him, painting and labor are have no differences. There were always many people in factory. Various people who had various job were gathered here. Andy Warhol was not only painted in factory but also made movies in here. Some people in factory often became a actor of his movie. The woman who shot Andy Warhol was also first met him and shoot him at the 'factory'. Andy Warhol, and Movie Andy Warhol is famous for his paintings. However, he was also deeply related with movie. He was also a movie director. His first movie, 'Sleep' is made in 1963. He even proclaimed that he would stop drawing to made movie in 1965. He made 280 movies during his life time. Furthermore, he even acted as a actor in the movies.

About British Class System A famous line from the film, Kingsman : The Secret Service, "Manner Maketh Man" impressed moviegoers, and it is also well known for people who haven't seen this movie, because they heard and saw once.

"Manner Maketh Man" means "Manner Makes Man", and it implies "Your accent is disgusting", which criticizes aristocratic circles. I was so impressed to see the sentence that has the style of British Class System, hence I found out the culture in detail.

The social structure of the United Kingdom has historically been highly influenced by the concept of social class, with the concept still affecting British society in the early-21st century. The System, generally speaking, is divided into 3 classes, Traditional Upper, Middle, and Working Class.

Upper Class

The British "upper class" is statistically very small and consists of the peerage, gentry and hereditary landowners, among others. The majority of aristocratic families originated in the merchant class, and were ennobled between the 14th and the late 19th century. Those in possession of a hereditary peerage (but not a life peerage) – for example a Dukedom, a Marquessate,

Lee Gi Dong Gymnasium : heartwarming story about challenge and real hero Do you remember your childhood hero? Many people have memories about their hero, but most of them just forgot them as they grow up. Today, I'm going to introduce a play about a man who didn't forget his hero. His name is Lee Gi Dong. And his childhood hero's name is also Lee Gi Dong. He was a famous boxer. Little Lee Gi Dong admired him so much, and one they his father take him to a boxing ring where his hero's finals was held. But he was defeated that day, and little Lee Gi Dong remember the day during his life time. Many years after, little Lee Gi Dong became a office worker and he found his childhood hero's gymnasium to meet him. At his first visit, he couldn't meet him but he decided to learn boxing at there. There were various people practicing boxing at the gymnasium. They are very ordinary people and all the people have their own story. Finally Lee Gi Dong met his childhood hero at the gymnasium but he was not

same with the man in his memory. His old hero became so weak and don't want to talk with anyone. He had a daughter who want to be a boxer like him, but he opposed her decision. In fact, he also had a son who want to be a pianist instead of boxer. But he wanted him to be a boxer so he made him practice hard. At last, his son dead during the match. Since then he had opposed his daughter to be a boxer. However, her daughter didn't listen to his father.

She kept practice hard secretly during night time. Before long, the game date for everyone in the gymnasium was

set and Lee Gi Dong's daughter asked her father to help.

He decided to help her in the end. For their first game, everyone practiced hard and be came better and better everyday. At the end of the play, all the members went to a boxing ring for their match happily together.

After I watched this play, I really felt something warm was heating my heart. I thought seriously about the really enthusiasm and challenge. Also I thought about the real hero. Although Lee Gi Dong was lose at his final's, but that match made a little boy grow with the dream and some kind of hope. Being a hero is very responsible but valuable. Also I think the amount of moving was great because I saw it as a play. I hope everyone to go see a play when there is a time. It will gives you a very different kind of moving to you that a movie can gives you.

Korean popular music (k-pop) Recently, Korean Wave(Han-Ryu) is very popular over the world, which includes Korean k-pops, dramas, movies, Broadcasting the arts and even traveling and manufacturing businesses.

Korean Wave(Han-Ryu) has started around the end of 1990's, it became popular not only to Asia countries but also to Europe, South America and Middle Eastern countries.

With the development of wireless internet technologies, Korean Wave(Han-Ryu) contents are spread faster than

ever; people could watch Korean music videos, broadcasting the arts and Korea movies through You Tube and Face Book more often.

K-pop is the most popular item in Han-Ryu. After the popularity of PSY's Gangnam style, many Koreanpop singers including EXO, Girl's Day, Apink, AOA and EXID got more attention from people around the world.

Nowadays, some Korean music programs like 'Music Bank', 'Hidden singer', 'Unpretty rap star', 'Show me the money' and 'K-pop Star' are broadcasted in many coun-

tries, so people could have more chances to know and watch Korean pop singer.

With the popularity of K-pop, Korean Media companies increased their exporting of programs by 33.4% in 2years.

I believe such Korean Wave(Han-Ryu) contents are great tools informing Korea to the world.

Introducing 'About Time'

I will introduce the film ‘About Time'.

On the day that this film's main character 'Tim' became an adult, he is told that he can ‘time travel’ from his father.

Then one day, he went to London for his dream, where he met a lovely lady 'Mary' and he is enamored at the first sight.

For the love with her , he begin to use his ability to the fullest.

So he fall in love with her and spends every day like a dream. But gradually the circumstances surrounding him go wrong and in such a situation, he constantly worries and agony.

Eventually, he make a firm decision that cannot be reversed and his life begins to return to its original shape as soon as the back.

The reason I recommend this movie is that

because the movie itself is not only very interesting and also throw a lot of lessons and implications of life to the people who saw the movie.

If we are able to time travel like main character Tim, and able to use those skills in practice, probably most of us will think that life can be more fun and interesting. but actually is not.

This film suggests that to us.

Everyone wants to achieve the work that failed in the past and also wants to make the reality better. But as you see in the movie, Tim count the cost of time travel and realize that his original life was happy.

In this respect, we can realize that we should not make light of every time and should spend time given to us meaningfully.

In fact, we try to live life, but we pass time meaninglessly when we live. if we think that these time is not come back

again, we never cannot spend time meaninglessly.

This film is a sort of ' time travel ' material.

But we can't actually 'time travel'. Therefore, the biggest advantage of this film is that we can apply the experiences to our lives.

Perhaps, you didn't see the movie 'About Time', I recommend the movie to you.

It will certainly throw good lessons and implications to all those who saw the film.

Personally, When I watched this movie, I realized that every moment of my life is very important and valuable.

I think the movie is good experience to me.

I believe that we can get the precious perception through this movie because we can't under go the experiences in our reality.

Gregory Maguire is a writer who usually writes books by revisioning classics of children's stories such as Cinderella. 'Wicked' is a novel based on the 'Wizard of Oz'. It has three sequels, and the series ended with his own translation and addition to the original version.

The novel starts before the start of Dorothy's arrival to Oz. The story centers on Elphaba, who is a misunderstood child because of her green-skinned appearance. She later grows up to become the notorious Wicked Witch of the West. The story is divided into five different sections based on the plot location.

The fifth part is where the famous Dorothy first appears, killing one of the characters-the so-called Wicked Witch of the East. From then, it is similar to what everyone had read in the original version of 'Wizard of Oz'. It would be familiar to the readers except for the part that it is written in the perspective of Elphaba, not Dorothy. It is fresh to see a case in another perspective created by someone else who is not the writer of the original version. It can be said that this novel is a mix of imagination of two people.

be a fantasy novel if read superficially. However, it turns out to be something much more spectacular and crucial if it is analyzed throughly from the main characters. For example, Elphaba is a very complicated character, who is misunderstood for her full life except for some who genuinely cared for her like her sister. Even her mother resents her, because of the color of her skin. This somehow describes us people, especially people are racists. The outside matters less than the inside. This book teaches us this lesson throughout the whole story.

Also, it slightly mentions animal rights as the original story itself contains the character of the cowardly Lion. There are other creatures like that, so the topic of animal rights is only normal to form in this book even for a short moment.

By reading this book, I promise that there will be wonders behind the thoughts one had before reading this book. The author describes a lot of things and they are all crammed into one book, waiting for the hands of you to read, turning over the pages, being absolutely absorbed by the contents. This book is one that the reader will never regret his or her choice as it is a splendid one, one to be remembered along in the times in life afterwards.
