1.Thread the wire lace into the holes of the base ◎1.Face in front of the shoes,make a knot of the wire lace which is threaded into the up hole.The other lace which thread into the below hole will be fixed on the reel. Left

2.Make a knot of the upside lace a nd put int o the base ◎1.Make a caret-shaped knot.(See figure A) 2.Remaining 3 MM length only after the knot of lace,then cut the rest length of the lace by scissor.(See figure B) 3.Pull the lace tightly with knot toward outside (See figure C),put the knot on the groove of base.(See figure D) Ｂ side

3.Thread the u nderneath wi re lace into the reel ◎1.Thread the wire lace from outside to inside,let the lace comes out from the hole. (See figure A) 2.Take the lace to come out from the hole 2.(See figure B) 3.Thread the wire lace into reel from hole 3.(See figure B) Hole 3

4.Tighten th e wire la ce to be fi xed it ◎1‧Press the end of lace and tighten the wire lace which between hole 3 and hole 2. (See figure A) 2‧Tight two ends of wire lace,let the wire lace which between hole 3 and hole 2 indeed stayed in the groove.(See figure B) Keeping 4 mm wire lace,and cut the rest length of the rest of lace.(See figure C) 3‧Press the end of lace and use flat head tool to press the 4mm wire lace into the groove (See figure D),please check it is in accurate location.(See figure E) groo v e groove Press the wire lace at this point by your finger.

5.Put the reel into the base
6.Put the gear on the base
◎1.Pull the lace toward outside,and put the reel into the base.
◎1.Put the gear's breach to aim at the bulge of base.

7.Inset the knob
8.F ix the knob
◎1.Under the knob has a hexagonal hole which has to aim at the hexagonal cylinder of base,and inset the knob into the base.
◎1.Setting the torque wrench on 2.5 kg, and fasten the screw.Please must make sure the screw is fastened in vertically.

9.Testing ◎1.Tighten the wire lace in clockwise. 2.Release the wire lace in anticlockwise. 3.Pull out the wire lace inside the base. ◎ .Repeat the above steps three times,as you tighten and release the wire lace which runs smoothly,then it is assembled well.
