CROWN’S MINISTRY TRAINING INSTITUTE The Crown Ministry Training Institute (CMTI) is a collaboration between Crown College and Alliance Missions to provide professional development courses to all C&MA and CAMA International Workers. Initial courses focus on multicultural team dynamics, church planting and intercultural spiritual formation, holistic ministry, community development, and disaster relief and development.

All students who successfully finish each course will receive a certificate of completion. Students may also apply up to 12 credits of CMTI professional development courses toward Crown College degree programs FOR FREE. Each course counts as 1 credit. Degrees include: M.A. in Global Leadership, M.A. in Christian Studies, M.A. in Organizational Leadership and M.Div.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, STUDENTS MUST: • Take all three professional development classes in a course series. See list on the backside. • Score an 80% or higher on each of the 3 professional development classes in a series. • Submit the final projects for each course in a series to a course portfolio link that Crown will provide. • Receive final approval from a portfolio reviewer.

CLASS MATERIALS INCLUDE: • Content about the topics. • Short reflection papers or online discussions about the topics. • A practical application project at the conclusion of the course. • Assignments are due every other week, providing plenty of time to complete them. • Courses are led by experts in the subject areas who provide feedback on the applied projects and bi-weekly assignments.
