COVID-19 Safety Measures

We would like to reassure all of our students that we are open for academic year 2020-21 and we look forward to welcoming you to our community. We understand that you will have questions about how the disruption caused by COVID–19 will change our operations and processes for the 2020–21 academic year.

Inevitably, we have had to make some changes to ensure that we can continue to keep our students and staff safe through the pandemic. But we want to reassure you that we are doing all we can to ensure that you receive the best possible academic and student experience this autumn. What measures can I expect from September?

There are a variety of measures put in place to keep you safe, but students who are worried about returning to College, will be supported with online learning by exception. Arrangements may change, but on current plans, as a minimum you can expect:

Good infection control

Social distancing in communal areas

Class bubbles Hand sanitisers Multi-surface cleaning wipes

Staggered start and finish times, and lunch times Face coverings in communal areas

Self-isolation or quarantine arrangements:

If you are travelling from certain countries you may be required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival in the UK. Please refer to the UK Government guidance.
