Learning Spanish involves three steps to mastering the language: that ability to speak, read and write. Without one of these, learning Spanish becomes far more difficult because you don't have all the tools of the language to effectively communicate. The easiest way to learn a language is to apply what you already know from one language and use it to help you understand another. Many people agree that Spanish and English are very similar. This will be very helpful in learning Spanish because the structure of the language is similar to English. One of the few differences is the placement of the noun and the adjective in a sentence. Instead of the adjective in front of the noun describing it, the adjective comes after the noun. This may be difficult to comprehend at first, but it will be very helpful later when learning Spanish. If you are currently learning Spanish, you know the most difficult things to master are correctly conjugating the verbs and correctly identifying past and future tense's. The best way to master these is repeating the practices and the ability to see what you are saying. If someone hears the word ROJO when they see the color red, they are more likely to absorb the information and be able to recall it later on because of the imagery associated with the word. This same principle holds true when trying to conjugate and learn past and present tense's. The Spanish alphabet is very similar to the English alphabet, so anyone that can write in English already has some of the skills necessary to write correctly in Spanish. The only differences between the English and Spanish alphabets are minor changes to the pronunciation of certain letters, and the addition of 1 new charter and 3 new sounds. The new character is the ĂƒÂą, or called to "ene". The 3 new sounds are the CH, the LL and the RR. Also, the Spanish language, up until recently, hasn't had the letter W in its alphabet. Learning to read Spanish is not as difficult of a task as some may think. Spanish, much like many other languages, has a base language that it originates from. For Spanish, and almost all other Romance languages, this is Latin. Latin would be a great pre-requisite to help a person trying to learn to read in Spanish. There are many successful ways of learning Spanish. Many people choose to take classes online, in high school or at a college. This is a very good of a mastering Spanish because it provides structured curriculum that allows you to progressively get better at whatever you need the most help with (speaking, reading and writing). If you feel like you get lost in a crowd when learning a language, the best way for you to learn might be 1 on 1 tutoring. The tutor could go at a pace that you can learn at and provide you will with the knowledge you need to increase your Spanish speaking, reading and writing abilities. Some people believe that best way to learn a language is to be immersed in the tongue in which you want to learn. This means living in a country that speaks Spanish such as Mexico or Spain.

With this method, you are forced to engage people in Spanish and get used to speaking Spanish at all times, thus reinforcing the language through repetition and repeated new conversations with Spanish speakers of that country. This method is offered at many high schools, colleges and universities throughout the world as "Foreign Exchange". It is a widely accepted method and is highly recommend from those people who have participated in the program. Learning Spanish, like many things in life, just takes time and effort. As long as you continue trying to learn the language, you should have not doubt that eventually you will be able to read, write and speak Spanish.
