This year’s conference titled “Slavery in the Atlantic World: the ‘Underground Railroad’ in the Americas, Africa, and Europe”, is a collaboration between URHPCR, Inc., Russell Sage College, and The Rensselaer County Historical Society. The conference will attract hundreds of teachers, students, scholars and the general public to presentations, talks, art, and music exploring the history and significance of the Underground Railroad.
