Event Step and repeats: We can produce Step & Repeats in a number of ways; Using materials such as fabric or banner as well as systems such as pipe and drape or hop up units. Hop Up units come in various styles and sizes such as straight, backlit, curved and horseshoe. These duable units are especially beneficial for on-the-go events and come with a carry case. The graphic is fabric and interchangeable so as long as you have the hardware we can create a graphic with new branding per event. These units have an approximate height of 7.5’ and width ranging from 31” – 20’. Our most commonly ordered Step & Repeat is the 3x3 or 4x3 Straight Hop Up Units. You have the choice to brand the end caps or leave them uncovered. Barricades for festivals - artwork Barricades can also be produced with several different materials such as banner, mesh, fabric or samba. These can also be fitted (rounded corners) or non fitted (standard taco style rectangles). Majority of the time our clients have these and we simply provide the graphic however we can offer hardware if needed. Standard Finished size is usually 98.5x33.25”; Larger or Smaller if necessary. The Cost for these barricades varies on material, style and quantity ordered. The more you order the lower the cost. Standard price per material falls as below; • Banner/Mesh- $187.00/unit • Fabric/Samba- $375.00/unit

Backdrops for stages We suggest using mesh on staging graphics due to the blow through wind resistance of the material. We also have produced some smaller staging backdrops in materials such as banner or overhead graphics with PVC and Velcro. Seeing as stages vary in size per event we are not limited to the dimension of staging graphics. We have the capabilities to print double sided as well as reinforce our staging graphics with webbed edges for extra support. Price also varies on material and volume. Standard square footage price for each material falls below; • Banner- $2.75-$4.00/sq • Mesh- $2.75-$4.00/sq



Activations - array of products offered •

Flags- Our flags are custom made and come in a variation of models and sizes. You can choose for these to be single or double sided. I have had clients ask us to produce custom shapes for these flags as well such as Coke Cans and Bottles. These flags can be used both indoor and outdoor and have the option to come with a yard stake, free standing base and weighted unit. Prices vary on volume, customization & style. Below are the sizes we offer- Price provided upon request. Bow: 7ft – 15 ft

Tear Drop: 4 ft – 19ft

Square: 10 ft – 16 ft


Tents- Our tents are custom branded tents. Our designers can handle design in house or provide your team with a template to utilize. Unlike some tent companies, color does not play a role in price therefore you can brand as simple or complex as you want. Our most common sizing ranges anywhere from 10’x10’ – 30’x30’. If inquired we can even look at models larger than the mentioned above sizes. An additional element we offer is half and full branded walls for these tents. o 10x10- $1350.00 o 10x15- $1700.00 o 10x20- $2400.00


Floor Graphics o Decals- Outdoor & Indoor Decals are a great way to enhance event branding. Pricing varies upon size and volume § Standard pricing- $12.00/ sq Materials $4.00/ Sq Install

o Gfloor- Gfloor is a clear rubber mat with your image printed to the back side. Several car vendors use these under their car displays. It is removable, repositional and reusable at several different events. $12.00/ Sq


Inflatables o We can supply custom branded inflatables of all forms such as arches, tunnels and inflatable tube men. All inflatables vary on customization and design.

Sponsors -array of products to offer clients • Billboards- We have the capabilities to produce all sizes and types of billboards. Cost will vary on billboard location, method and sizing. Majority of billboards produced are banner or Vinyl.

Building Wraps- In order to supply building wraps we must go through an approval process with the city first. We have produced various types of building wraps from large scale banners to window/brick graphic combination to create one large image. Our most prestigae building wraps was a 300ft graphic for adiadas at the NBA All-star game.



Vehicle Wraps- We have produced all forms of vehicle wraps from buses to golf carts. We can do a Full, Partial or Decal graphic depending on your needs and budget.

Banners for Stages - Headers, Scrims, etc. We have produced an array of staging headers from Mesh to Routed out Coroplast or PVC. Depending on size and application I can make just about anything possible. These are often applied with either grommets and zipties or velcro. Mesh- $2.75-$4.00/sq Coro- $5.00-$6.00/sq PVC- $12.00-$14.00/sq Private Events • Easel Signs- We produce several easle signs for events such as silent auctions or networking events. These are usual on Foam Core. We also supply the easles if need be. o Foam Core- $32.00/ unit


Table Throws- Branded table throws are great for events. 6ft & 8ft are most commonly ordered. We offer the following types of table throws o Dye Sub § 6ft- $200.00 § 8ft- $238.00 o Stretch Throw § 6ft - $374.00 § 8ft- $439.00 o Convertible – Fits both 6 ft & 8 ft § $238.00

Design Art – We do not offer any form of scanning services however our Art Department can retouch & enhance anything that comes to us in a digital format. These services range from $65.00- $120.00/ hour depending on the design complexity. Wallpaper- We offer many forms of digitial wall paper ranging from various textures to material as rare as magnetic wallpaper. We have an easy access wall design builder which allows our customers to upload various forms of artwork or select an image through a bank of patterns and pictures. This is extremely helpful when visualizing the walls being covered.


Wall Murals – Standard wall murals are a major componet of our work. We have the capabilties to cover various types of walls from smooth dry wall to textured brick. Both applications produce a seamless “painted” on look. Volume and wall type play a role in cost. Fabric Frames – This is an Interior Designers Favorite. Our dyesublimation capabilities allow us to produce a rich color print on various types of fabric., We offer several frame colors which include a tracking system for the print to fit into. Both exterior and interior applications are offered. We also can produce canvas style graphics to any size of your liking with wood and dye sublimated fabric.

Dynamic Flooring- Often seen in museums, resturants and high traffic interactive facilities. We have produced graphics for all types of flooring from cement to tile. All pricing varies per project needs and standards.

Stand Offs- Major component in making images pop. We have used our stand offs for sandwhich boards in facilities as well as wire units in offices. We currently use this wire system for our false wall in our conference room using clear plexiglass, wires and standoffs creating an open yet exculsive looking and feel.

Window Graphics/Decals- Our most popular window graphic type is frosted vinyl which supplies an etched look on the glass.

Leadtimes- Leadtime will vary per project size and will start once we collect the approved artwork proof that we supply prior to beginning any project. Projected timeline is as follows; • Small (1-10 Pieces) 3-5 Business Days • Medium (11-25 Pieces) 5-7 Business Days • Large (25+ Pieces) 2 Weeks

Our Process- We can handle the full concept to completion of a project. Below are the steps we take in order to bring your project from design to live creation.

Site Survey / Area Assesment- In this stage we collect measurements, take a space assesment and gather a full scope of your project wants and needs.

Creative Process- We then go to the drawing boards to create our brand enhancement suggestions, signage solutions and overall filfillment of your needs.

Mock Up Design- When a project is intricate (Escpecially interior design projects) we gennerally create an area mock up for designers to present their clients or visualize themselves. The timeliness of this phase depends on the amount of design work needed for visualization.

Estimate- We will provide you with an estimate to collect your approval on budgetary standards.

Design/Proof- Next is making your project a live order and providing you with an artwork proof sheet where you will check for accuracy and give us the go ahead to move forward.

Production- As mentioned above, production timeline will be determined by the project scope.

Installation- We are fully equipt to install all forms of graphics and work with a network of installers whom specialize in their own areas of expertise.
