To give you the highest quality digital printed fabric we have invested heavily in equipment, such as a digital printing machine, steamer and AVA design studio to produce high specification digital prints.

Our printing techniques allow you to print hundreds of colours in high quality photographic imagery.

A management and production team that have been involved in the textile industry all of their lives.

Our digital print uses reactive inks, which give you and your products the benefit of excellent wash and rub fastness, as well as superior comfort to the skin.

Short turnaround time gives us the ability to offer fantastic service to every one of our valued customers.

Our products are used for various end-uses including home textiles such as cushions, tea towels etc, apparel, work wear and lingerie.

We supply any number of companies and individuals from any number of business markets and sectors.

We also have experience working with companies in industries which often need a coating finish applied to their products for optimum hygiene, health and safety compliance levels – such as the medical, industrial and food sectors.

We have low minimum order levels and these can often be split into multi-designs.

HOW WE CREATE THE MAGIC: REACTIVE DIGITAL PRINTING

We offer digitally printed designs on most natural fabrics – and because the process is continuous you can have as many metres as you want. To give you the highest quality digital printed fabric we have invested heavily in equipment that uses reactive inks, which gives superior wash and rub fastness along with brighter colour yield than pigment printing, along with a softer feel to the skin.

This printing technique allows you to print hundreds of colours from high quality photographic imagery. All we require is for you to supply the design, either as a single repeat or an image ready to print.

We offer digital printed fabric from 1 metre upwards onto various fabrics such as cottons, silks, linens, viscoses, and wools. This also allows for on-demand printing and a short turnaround time, giving us the ability to offer fantastic service to every one of our valued customers. We have made a significant investment in purchasing a digital printing machine, steamer and AVA design studio to produce high specification digital prints. From designs for clothing to photographic canvas, we will meet your needs.

HOW WE CREATE THE MAGIC: ROTARY SCREEN PRINTING

ROTARY PRINTED FABRIC INVOLVES PRESSING PRINTING PASTE/INK THROUGH MESH ON A CYLINDRICAL SCREEN ONTO FABRIC. Rotary screen printing involves a screen which is engraved for each colour, and loaded into our rotary screen printer for high speed and high quality textile printing. We are able to print up to 1.85 metres wide, and up to 6 colours per design. We can print your own design or you can choose from our design catalogue of over two thousand designs.

We also offer a colour separation service in order to prepare your images for rotary screen printing. We have a wealth of experience with rotary printed fabric, and rotary printing is still the process of choice for many clients due to the fast print speed and value for money on larger quantities that this process can offer.

So.... If you’re planning on producing printed fabric in substantial volumes, then rotary screen printing is the best process for you.
