High Air Flow Vacu-press. For dry waste or very heavy sludge's and solids, the vacu-press is capable of conveying materials through an 8� diameter suction hose at 8500cfm. These specialised rigid vacuum machines are capable of carrying 12 tonne payload. The waste material or product can be taken off site for disposal or discharge on the customers site into a designated holding silo/vessel.
High Air Flow Silo-Vac For removal of powders similar to cement, soda ash, or catalyst, this machine operates the same as the Vacu-press but has the extra facility of being able to bag material into 1 tonne euro sacks on clients site using the silo shaped body and the 8� outlet
High Pressure Water Jetting (UHP) Greenway Environmental Services, jetting technicians are trained to British water jetting association standards and are capable of delivering water jetting from standard 2000psi uo tp 36000psi ultra high pressure which is suitable for most applications, Tube Bundle Cleaning, Cold Cutting Pipe Work, Tank Cleaning using a 3 dimensional rotating head, and surface preparation.
Tankers Greenway Environmental Services offer a wide range of vacuum tankers, ranging from glass lined for acids and corrosive substances, stainless for less corrosive material, and mild steel for standard non hazardous material, i.e food waste, effluents/sewage and oils. All our drivers/operators are ADR trained, this means they can carry hazardous material on public highways.

Greenway Environmental Services can supply a variety of combination machines ranging from 4� suction inlets to 8� suction inlets, these machines cover all sizes of pipeline blockages, gully and culvert cleaning, septic tanks and fat traps
Greenway Environmental Services employs teams of experienced (certificated) trained personnel to carry out a wide range of tank cleaning operations, ranging from silo cleaning using man riding entry equipment, to formaldehyde tanks using full breathing apparatus or full chemron positive pressure protection suits.
CCTV Drain Survey Greenway Environmental Services provides a CCTV drain survey camera service that can save you time, money and unnecessary hassle when trying to locate a problem, such as collapsed or blocked drainage systems. We use remotely-controlled, camera systems to carry out a CCTV drains survey. These drain inspection cameras pass images to a mobile unit, so that a technician can assess the condition of the drain or sewer. Once we have Identified the problem we will provide a written quotation for any remedial work required.

Greenway Environmental Services employ fully certified and trained operatives to undertake any industrial cleaning service your company requires. This extends to a 24 hour 365 days a year service to suit your specific requirements.
Plant Decommitioning
Hazardous Waste
Greenway Environmental Services , offer a site decommissioning and decontamination service. Team members are qualified to decontaminate structures, machinery and storage areas, with specially trained operatives providing first aid, confined entry, breathing apparatus, specialist knowledge and equipment that may be needed for the safe completion of the project.
Any waste arising can be facilitated through our Hazardous Waste Facility based in Liverpool and is operated by our sister company or any of our partners for land spreading or recycling if the waste stream meets acceptance criteria.
24 Hour Response Greenway Environmental Services offer a comprehensive 24 hour 365 day a year call out service. We respond to incidents such as spillages on to highways, vehicles losing loads, contamination of waterways or lagoons, or a call out to spillages on industrial sites. All operatives are fully trained in high pressure water jetting, vacuumation technology, waste tankering, confined space entry and use of breathing apparatus. All work is carried out safely and effectively to minimise any disruption to anyone that may be directly or indirectly affected.
Health and Safety Policy The Company regards the health, safety and welfare of the company's employees and those who may be affected by its activities as being of prime importance. Directors will allocate the necessary finance and resources to ensure that the requirements of health & safety legislation and this policy are fulfilled. The Company will ensure that employees are aware of their responsibilities and that they must act responsibly and do everything they can to prevent injury to themselves and others who may be affected by their actions. Copy of the policy will be provided to all employees during induction training and copies will also be made available for reference at the company notice boards. To ensure monitoring and continual improvement in our safety performance we will set objectives that will be measured against and reported upon. The Company aims to meet all relevant health & safety legislation. The policy and management systems will be kept up to date as new legislation come in to force; regular reviews will be held and system amended as required. The following statement recognises our obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, including other relevant Health & Safety regulations and approved codes of practice additional to the Act. Greenway Environmental Services, so far as is reasonably practicable, conduct its activities in order to: ·
Identify hazards and provide adequate control of and try to minimise the health and safety risks arising from our work activities.

Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.

Provide and maintain a safe environment and equipment with adequate facilities and arrangements for welfare at work.

Environmental Policy This policy statement positively asserts our Company commitment to minimise, wherever practical, any harmful effects our business may have on the environment. This policy statement will be reviewed and modified in accordance with changing events as often as is necessary to ensure that: Ÿ The Company complies with and where practical exceeds the requirements of all applicable environmental legislation and regulations. Ÿ Our products are manufactured, tested and any rejects recycled to minimise resource consumption. We endeavour to use processes and
materials that have minimum detrimental impact on the environment and constantly review these for safer/greener alternatives. Ÿ We adopt a "Reduce-Reuse-Recycle" policy for minimising and managing waste. The remaining waste is disposed of in an
environmentally responsible manner via registered waste disposal contractors. Ÿ We continually review the potential for saving energy with the aim of reducing consumption whilst maintaining working comfort levels. Ÿ We will endeavour to minimise any emissions (e.g. solvents, odours, noise etc.) to the atmosphere, during manufacturing, assembly
testing and disposal of our products. Ÿ Wherever possible, we purchase from suppliers who adopt good environmental practices. Ÿ Contractors employed to work on Company premises perform their duties in such a manner as to maintain the environmental standards
adopted by the Company. Ÿ We monitor and set objectives and targets to continually improve our environmental impacts.
The Managing Director has overall responsibility for ensuring that adequate measure and organisational arrangements are provided to achieve the objectives of this environmental policy. However, it is the responsibility of all employees and other persons working on behalf of the Company to collectively work towards achieving these objectives and we encourage them to recognise their responsibilities regarding protection of the environment.
