CSA Palm Harbor is a division of Palm Harbor Community Services Agency. PHCSA is the entity charged with managing leisure services in the unincorporated Palm Harbor area. For more info, visit: PHCSA.net.

MISSION

Dedicated to building a stronger community through quality, affordable programs and activities.

& Vision

CSA Palm Harbor wants to be the recreational, cultural and gathering center of Palm Harbor - where locals think of first as the place to Meet, Play and Connect!

Director’s Note As a mom of three very active ball players, I served on the recreation advisory board as a volunteer. I had been serving for 5 or 6 years when that service changed my life. I had a passion, a drive, and a commitment to do something greater than self. Everyone does, but if you would have told me mine was recreation, I may have laughed out loud. I have been serving the community for over 15 years now as the Director of CSA and every day blesses me with a new adventure. The friendships made, the joys shared - have blessed my life more than I deserve. I am so very proud of where our small grass roots community organization came from and where we are growing. It’s so exciting to say, in a short 15 years

A proud member of the Palm Harbor Community Service Agency, Inc.

Erica Lynford Executive Director

we’ve maintained, added and grown our senior programming to now offering passive and active recreation for all ages. We’ve also fulfilled our commitment to serve our community with safe and affordable recreation, like our very popular Summer Camp that’s filling up faster every year. We‘ve met the needs of many parents, grandparents, guardians, and caregivers - to have a safe, fun, clean, affordable alternative for their children while they are working. Come out and join us on our fields, parks or indoors (rain or shine) at our Centre and covered court. I look forward to doing life with you in this community for at least 15 more years! God bless you all and have a great summer!

Erica
