Alejandro Camprubi 路彬 Design Principal / Studio Director 首席设计师 / 合伙人 Architect ITESM Mexico 建筑师 International Associate AIA/ ASLA / Ekistics / DRO Mex Vicepresident ILIA 国际园林景观规划设计行业协会(ILIA)副主席 北京公司总裁、设计总监 Alex Camprubi 先生认为设计是创造和改善身边环境的强有力手段。建筑与设计不仅仅是 构想、激情、团队、管理、经验和知识综合作用的结果,同时也源自于周边良好人际关系 促使事物的和谐发展。在他看来,没有调查研究就没有创新。创新能够发现潜在机遇,重 塑市场,进而为该区域带来成功。Alex 先生自2007年起在中国工作,并将设计业务落户中 国北京,现任中建设计集团GC设计中心合伙人。此外,他还有丰富的讲学经验,内容包括 个人及团队的研究成果,如城市神经元系统,智能景观,可持续建筑设计策略等。 Alex 先生是美国建筑师协会香港分会国际会员,城市土地学会 (ULI) 会员,世界环境生态 学会 (WSE) 会员,美国景观设计师协会国际会员,也是中国国际园林景观规划设计行业协 会 (ILIA) 副主席。从业近二十年以来,Alex 先生主要从事建筑设计、景观设计、城市规划 设计,曾在墨西哥蒙特雷理工大学和中国北京大学任教七年,并多次荣获国际奖项,包括 2009年城市土地研究学会亚太地区金奖、2008世界建筑节大奖、2008年芝加哥国际建筑大 奖、2008世界城市滨水区杰出设计“最高荣誉奖”。

Alex Camprubi believes that design is a powerful way to create and improve our surrounding, that architecture and design are not only the result of ideas, passion, team work, administration, experience and knowledge, but of the respectful relation one can build with people around to make things happen harmoniously. He believes there is no innovation without research and exploration. And that innovation is an instrument which opens potential opportunities and redefines markets which in turn influence places to be successful. He is Studio Director of CSCEC-GC Design Center, a design practice in Beijing China, country he has been working since 2007. He lectures often on the research done by him and his team on place making, neuro-urbanism, landscape intelligence and sustainable practices in architecture. Mr. Camprubi is an International Associate HK AIA;, member of Urban Land Institute, member of Ekistics and an International Member of ASLA. He is Vice-President of the International Landscape Industry Association in China and has more than 20 years of continuous work in the fields of Urban Design, Architecture and Landscape. He has also been a professor for 7 years in ITESM (Mexico) and Peking University (China). He has contributed to win several international awards: 2009 World Architecture Festival Landscape Category Winner, 2009 Urban Land Institute Global Award for Excellence, 2009 Waterfront Center Environmental Restoration Award, 2009 Urban Land Institute Asia Pacific Award for Excellence. 创新社区 (CC): 创新社区,是指通过集中科学、技术和创造力等因素,打造标志性项目,帮助该地区实现社会经济发 展。该项目中集中了各行各业的人才,如,艺术工作者、学者、科学家、科学技术人员和企业家。这些 人才能够真正致力于为社会项目提供创意性解决方案,进而发展当地经济、恢复力、为居民健康和福祉 做出贡献。 建设创新社区,首先要建立稳定的创新目标领域,例如艺术、科技、企业孵化等。通过引入社会性项目 作为发展基石,创新群体能够充分实现项目地空间价值,进而把项目地与个人发展紧密结合起来。

Creative Communities (CC): Help communities to create social and economic growth by bringing together creativity, science and technology in order to become an undeniable identity. The concept borns from the idea of bringing together totally different disciplines such as artists, learning professionals, scientists, technologists and entrepreneurs can truly empower to produce creative solutions to social issues by achieving a remarkable impact on the local area’s economy, resilience, health and well-being. In order to have Creative Communities is essential to establish firmly creative aims such as art, scientific and incubator communities followed by a creative class people that can make all the needed spaces happen with the introduction of social projects as the cornerstone to boost the relationship between site and individual.

文化适应性 (CA): 文化适应性,是指运用与当地文化相关的传统元素,丰富项目文化底蕴,使之与周边环境融为一体,成 为别具一格的整体。因此,设计师要充分了解场地所面临的问题,通过各种渠道挖掘其文化根源,取其 精华,创造一个真实而细腻的项目,重温历史,展望未来。

Cultural Adaptability (CA): It’s the willingness and abilitiy to take traditional elements related to the culture of the site in order to enrich a project, making of it a unique entity entirely linked and opened to its surroundings. It’s basic to understand the problematic of the site as well as to dig deep in its roots through all the senses to abstract its essence and create a truly and veritable sensitive project that evokes the past by looking to the future.

生态系统拟态 (EM): 在自然界生态系统中,各元素之间相互支持,形成互惠互利的关系。受这一模式的影响,生态系统拟态 从形式和功能两个层面对生态系统进行模拟。在这一策略中,价值和功能决定建筑形态,设计师通过不 同体量的建筑之间的自然互动实现复杂格局的构建。

Ecosystem Mimicry (EM): Inspired by mutually-supportive relationships found in natural ecosystems where all the elements contribute to each other, Ecosystem mimicry is a strategy that allows copying those patterns both in a formal and in a functional manner. In this way, use and function transcends shape in order to achieve a complex pattern of natural interactions in a wide range of scales.

生态过渡带 (ET): 生态过渡带作为生物学和地理学概念,可应用于不同规模的景观项目当中。相邻两种植物组团之间的生 态过渡带在组成和结构上有所不同。过渡带能够启发我们通过设计的手段在植被分布和结构上采用不同 的样式。设计师根据福尔曼和戈德伦的研究(1986),把环境资源和干扰斑块区分开来,以可持续发展的 方式丰富我们的设计,使项目适应当地现状、土壤、气候、湿度,把低消耗的环境转化成美丽的景观。

Ecotones (ET): Biological and geographical concept that can be applied to different scales in Landscape Architecture. Ecotones transition zones between adjacent vegetation communities (patches) differ in composition and/or structure. Such transitions allow us inspiration for design through creating patterns in species distribution or vegetation structure. We refer to academic research of Forman and Godron (1986) distinguishing environmental resource and disturbance patches. Our objective is to enrich design in a sustainable way, adapting to the conditions of the site, soil, climate, humidity and therefore create low cost environments that will turn into beautiful landscapes.

高效能景观 (HPL): 高效能景观主要集中在城区范围内,如公园、公共景观带等,提供清洁的空气和水源,保护生物多样 性,减少热岛效应,减少能源消耗,为人们提供休息娱乐和接受环保教育的机会。 设计通过改变城市规划方式,提高生活质量,减少对自然界的负面影响,改善生物栖息地,收集雨水, 利用种植和设计等手段改善城市恢复力,节约劳动力,以此来应对气候变暖等诸多挑战。

High Performance Landscapes (HPL): Design concept focused principally on urban areas such as parks and public landscapes promoting cleaner air and water, increased biodiversity, lowered heat island effect, reduced energy usage and expanded opportunities for relaxation, recreation and environmental education. Willingness to change the way the urban areas are designed to improve the quality of life and reduce the impact on the planet by providing habitat and adressing the challenges of the climate change through keeping the rain water, increasing the resiliency of plantings and designing to save labor among others.

综合交通体系 (IM): 综合交通体系超越了传统交通模式之间的物理关联,涵盖了更多层面,如乘客信息管理、票务、客户服 务、市场营销等。综合交通体系作为一种策略在城市景观设计中起到了关键性作用,在保证乘客安全的 同时还能统筹各类交通方式。 在综合交通体系策略中,非机动车有着特殊的作用。它们代表了交通体系中最脆弱的一环(行人、自行 车、轮椅等)。把握交通模式整合的平衡,关键取决于设计师对各种交通模式的使用频率、交通模式与 城市系统之间的关系、用户喜好、以及城市与自然肌理的了解。

Integrated Mobility (IM): Integrated mobility goes beyond physical integration between transport modes and encompasses aspects such as passenger information, ticketing, coordinated scheduling, customer service and marketing. In urban landscape design plays a crucial role as one of the strategies that could guarantee the safety of the users at the same time that allows all the traffic flows to mix without major incidents. The non-motorized flows are of special importance in the Integrated Mobility strategy as they represent the most vulnerable sample of these systems (pedestrians, bikes, wheelchairs, etc.) The right balance of its integration depends on the study of the frequency of the transport modes, the relationship between them and other urban systems, the user’s preferences while transiting, and the urban and natural fabrics.

智能景观 (LI): 智能,是指人们调动知识,付诸实践的能力。景观智能性,广义上来说,是指人们从其它可持续模式中 分离出数据,与自身模式相结合的过程,旨在打造有吸引力的优质景观,既实用又独具美感。 景观的智能性要求想象和实际之间实现有机结合,这就要求人们重新思考人文主义策略与工具主义思想 在科技与工程方面日益扩大的分歧。

Landscape Intelligence (LI): Intelligence is the ability to activate knowledge, to put it to work. Landscape Intelligence, by extension, interprets data from other sustainable models and integrates them into its own structure, aiming to design optimized and appealing environments that perform both, practical and aesthetic. Landscape intelligence argues for a greater synthesis between the expedient and the imaginative, which requires a renewed examination of the increasingly troubling split between humanistic concerns and strategies and the instrumentalist thinking of the sciences and engineering.

LEED认证 (LE): LEED,即领先能源与环境设计,是一个绿色建筑评价体系,集合了业内最先进的建筑设计策略和领先 案例。要向取得LEED认证,建筑项目需要满足体系中的必要条件,通过得分高低取得不同等级的认证。 必要条件所对应的分数随评分系统的不同而各有差异,设计团队会选择最适合自己项目的系统。 该认证体系对于以节省投入,节约能源,减少水源浪费,提升室内空气质量,提供更优质的建筑材料, 激发创意为目标的设计师来说,是一个很有价值的评价体系。而以上这些评价标准都会在我们的设计作 品中得以体现。

LEED (LE): LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. To receive LEED certification, building projects satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve different levels of certification. Prerequisites and credits differ for each rating system, and teams choose the best fit for their project. Valuable certification for designs aimed to save money, conserve energy, reduce water consumption, improve indoor air quality, make better building material choices and to drive innovation. All of them assets that we try to include in our design process.

空间神经元 (NS): 神经元系统科学在空间中的运用有两种不同的表现方式。一种是在空间质量上参考人脑的模式,另一种 灵感取自于信息在人脑中的流动方式。前者通过与心理学、生理学、经济学等领域相结合,理解人类的 空间感知方式(如,神经营销学),进而指导我们如何通过建筑和景观设计打造优秀的空间。另一种方 式结合了计算机科学中的人工神经元网络,通过人与资源的动态流动进行模式识别,进一步理解空间, 进而为我们提供有效数据作为景观设计、大型综合体建设以及城市空间设计的基础。

Neural Spaces (NS): Applying NeuroScience to Spaces has two different approaches. One related to the human perceptions of the brain regarding a quality of a space, the second one inspired on the flow of information in the brain neural network. While we correlate the first one to psycological, physiological and economical fields as an understanding of human perceptions of space (as neuromarketing does); such perceptions give us feedback of how to make an space successful in architecture or landscape projects, and understanding of the quality and characteristics of a space. The second one is correlated to artificial neural networks applied in computer science to understand spaces according to the dynamic flows of people and resources capable to identify pattern recognition which in turn will deliver valuable data as a basis for designing landscapes, large complex developments or urban spaces.

实践发展观 (PD): 长久以来,传统建筑技术由于种种原因已经不足以灵活应对现今社会的变化与需求。因此,对传统建筑 方式进行提高和改进很有必要。 为了使得土建部分更顺利、更简单、更快捷,设计师需要对以传统的项目建筑手段进行重新考量,这样 既能够节约时间,也可以减少投入。此外,21世纪的设计作品应当适应各种变化而不影响作品的整体 性,随着时间和经验的不断积累,创造出更多灵活而有适应性的细节。

Praxis Development (PD): Reinterpretation and enhancement of traditional construction techniques settled down along the years that for one reason or another are not flexible enough to fulfill all the requirements in the current rampant world where we live in. It’s absolutely necessary to rethink the way we are building our projects in order to satisfy all needs and make the construction process smoother, easier and faster saving time, money and waste. In addition, the design of the 21st century must allow changes without affecting the whole entity, creating more dynamic and adaptable details peformed and improved with the experience and time.

生产性景观 (PL): 景观设计除休闲和美观两大功能之外,还能够缓解现今全球范围内面临的城市和农村问题。生产性景观 是指在现存肌理的基础上植入的一种景观形式,它能够以一种全新的循环方式自我繁衍进而形成一种特 定的产品,既可以及时收获产品,也可以根据它的有益属性将其留在场地中。

Productive Landscapes (PL): A landscape that is programmed with functions beyond recreation or aesthetics could propose solutions to ease some of the current problems that urban and rural settlements are facing all around the world. A Productive Landscape is a graft inserted in the built fabric capable of reproduce itself in accordance to a new pattern of cycles, obtaining as result a specific product that could be harvested for its consumption or could be left on site for the use of its beneficial characteristics.

Regenerative Design (RD): Through Regenerative Design and by allotting landforms, the natural process of plant adaptation and community evolution is introduced to transform landscapes with low maintenance, providing diverse nature’s services for its’ surroundings. We understand the potential ecosystems of our sites using biomimetic processes and therefore engaging in a marvelous task to design with nature and through nature, giving opportunities for environmental education and creating a cherished aesthetic experience.

恢复性策略 (RA): 根据联合国对“恢复力”一词的表述,恢复力“是指城市系统面对危机时自我消化和恢复的能力”。 现代学术界对于城市恢复力的讨论,主要集中在气候变化和自然灾害两个主要威胁。城市对于气候变化 的影响波及范围十分广泛,从地理环境和发展规模来看,洪水对于城市居民的影响远远超过其他自然灾 害,其次是地震和雪灾。因此,我们应当了解主要威胁,尽量中和并减小灾害对城市的影响。

Resiliency Approach (RA): As the UN (United Nations) establishes it, resiliency “is the capacity of urban systems to absorb and recover quickly from a crisis”. Contemporary academic discussion of urban resilience focuses on two distinct threats such as climate change and natural disasters. The urban impacts of climate change vary widely across geographical and developmental scales where floods endanger more city residents than any other natural peril, followed by earthquakes and storms. For this reason it’s vital to know the threats in order to minimize and absorb their effect as much as possible.

共享空间 (SS): 共享空间拉近了机动交通和非机动交通之间的距离感,让人们能够探索景观和城市元素之间的界限,削 弱距离感,实现新的空间组合形式,以全新的方式理解二者之间的关系。

Shared Spaces (SS): Instead of just minimizing the demarcations between motorized and non-motorized traffic the Shared Space could be seen as an opportunity to experiment between the limits of the landscape and urban elements, blur the boundaries to achieve new spatial configurations and new ways to understand their relations.

项目坐落于南水北调工程中线焦作段,计划在2014年开通为北京供水,是一个优秀的生态 恢复案例项目。该项目把设计作为城市水源保护基础设施的一部分,促进周边环境的经济 复苏和发展。

HPL ET

整个绿色廊道分为数段,连接三个主要轴线。轴线横跨河流两岸,不仅丰富了沿岸文化和 休闲娱乐活动,同时也成为了当地可持续发展的标志性案例,利用渗水池实现河流两岸的 雨洪防护。 这一项目旨在造福焦作当地居民,他们为了南水北调这一项目的实现做出了巨大的牺牲。 我们的目标是让市民通过这一项目以焦作为荣,提高居民生活水平,铭记历史,展望未 来,通过景观廊道将城市两岸联系在一起。

Introduction Landscape project which takes place in the middle of one of the branches of the Nanshuibeidiao national aqueduct to bring water to Beijing in 2014. The project becomes an example of an ecological restoration using design as part of the water safety Infrastructure of the city and emphasizing an economic revitalization of its surroundings.

Divided in different sections, the entire corridor is connected by 3 main axis that not only link both sides of the channel but also offer cultural and recreational activities as well as magnificient examples of susteinability and rainwater protection with the infiltration ponds. This is a project for the people of Jiaozuo who made a big sacrifice to make this project happen. Our goal is to make them feel proud of their roots, to improve their lives and remember their past looking at their future though a landscape corridor that will join both sides of the city forever.

山形建筑 山形建筑面朝水渠,背临焦作市政府,是一个多功 能展示空间,可容纳各类中国传统文化主题活动。 焦作市政府背靠山形建筑,坐拥群山环护之势,蕴 含捧尊之意。 宽阔的广场空间与连接市政府的主干道相交,是人 们聚会游玩的主要场所,城市与水道的交汇在这里 得到极致的展现。

The Mountain Looking to the channel with the Jiaozuo Government behind, The Mountain is a multi-functional space for exhibitions and all kind of events that becomes a metaphor of the Chinese tradition to place the Gorvernment buildings behind mountains as a symbol of protection and respect. With a wide plaza that crosses over the avenue connecting to the city government, this is a place of gathering and enjoyment where the link between city and channel reaches its maximum expression.

植物园 植物园坐落于水渠北侧,四周有渗水池作为点缀, 使人们欣赏河南省当地花卉和植被的绝佳场所,旨 在打造绿色廊道的主要地标性建筑。

The Botanical Garden Located on the north side of the channel with infiltration ponds around it, the Botanical Garden is an excellent place to appreciate the wonderful flowers and plants of Henan province, becoming into one of the main landmarks along the green corridor.

马驹桥一带曾是优秀的养马场,而2012年又恰逢龙 年,以此为出发点,项目核心地标采用“龙马”为 概念。此外,为了强调人们对于繁荣、进步、成功 的渴望,我们在场地道路中布有“龙之九子”图, 铺装上辅以错综复杂的纹理,突显每一个“龙子” 的重要性。

Taking as starting point that Majuqiao was an excellent breeding horse area and 2012 is the year of the dragon the project takes the figure of Longma as the central landmark. In addition, to increase the wishes of prosperity, progress and success the nine sons of the dragon have been invited to reside in the streets of the project with intrincate pattern pavements that show the greatness of each one of them.

项目简介 项目坐落于一个冬景花园之中,是农业园迎接贵宾 的接待性场所,环境休闲舒适,有益于促进业务往 来繁荣发展。 在丰富多样的园林景观中,酒窖建筑在两个水景的 衬托下缓缓升起,与周边的绿色景观融为一体,给 一层和地下层营造一个温暖而私密的空间。

Introduction Located inside a winter garden, the project is a welcome space for Agrigarden to receive VIP guests in a comfortable and relaxing environment that eases and dynamises prospereous business relationships. In the middle of a rich and diverse landscape the Club arises from two water features by merging with the green surroundings and having ground and underground floors with warm and private spaces.

酒窖 酒窖位于地下室,为农业园提供了完美的商务餐和 会议接待场所,同时也使是人们品酒和小型聚会的 好去处。 尽管酒窖位于地下,但是楼梯一侧的天窗为室内提 供了充足的照明,精巧的设计元素使得它在晚间也 能为室内提供充足的照明。

The Cellar Located in the basement, the cellar becomes the perfect private space for Agrigarden to have business dinners and meetings as well as wine tastings and small events. Despite of being underground the cellar is properly illuminated through a skylight that stands out at the end of the staircase as a remarkable element that emanates light at night.

Introduction Housing project with commercial spaces in the first 2 floors that characterizes by the steady geometry of the apartment blocks rising from the base, acquiring different and intrincate visual ans spatial relations with themselves and the surroundings. Furthermore, the buildings have a wooden screen fiinish which opens and closes in order to grant different levels of intimacy regarding the function of the interior spaces.

High rise resort located in the middle of a very rich environment in the northern part of the island of Hainan. The entire project is respectfully placed on the site in order to get the best views possible of the lake which becomes the main attraction in the nearby area. All the distribution and urbanization of the site has carried out following the penrose model what brings a better relation and interaction between spaces at short and long range.

The 5 Stars Hotel Located on the upper level of the whole site the hotel has priceless views of the lake as well as the green and dense landscape around. With this enviable location, the building becomes the cornerstone of the entire development. The hotel which is insipired on the white and clean Mediterranean Architecture is mainly divided in 4 parts such as conference center, Spa (indoor & outdoor), the base volume where all the rooms are and the rising volume which hosts all the suites and exclusive rooms that will shine over the place.

Introduction W Fitness borns as a brand that wants to settle down and spread in the skyrocketing fitness market in China. For this reason this is not only an interior design project but also an identity one that sets the bases and design guidelines for the upcoming centers along the country. Targeted for young people, the fitness club is divided in 3 main areas such as cafeteria, gym and a MMA area that will host broadcasted fights on live periodically. This is a place to start a new and healthy life in a modern and appealing environment.

With a landscape based on the waves and natural elements, 3 big buildings arise from this abstract sea becoming the main landmark in the area and surroundings. The stadium as well as the theater and the gymnasium are all linked by a shopping center and by an intrincate facade that reminds the traditional architecture of the site through the patterns on the wooden lattice and the engraved turquoise steel ribs that wrap all the complex.

购物中心&公共空间 三栋主体建筑连接处围合而形成购物中心,屋顶形 成公共空间,使得整个运动综合体成为周边地区主 要人流聚集地,无论当天是否有比赛或音乐会。这 里是人们休闲聚会,悠闲度日的好场所。在这个热 情而富有活力的环境当中,人们可以体验不同的活 动,远离日复一日的工作压力和烦恼。 屋顶公共空间上的玻璃天井在白天可以起到透光的 作用,晚上可以向外投射光柱,形成独具吸引力的 景点。

Shopping Center & Public Space The 3 main buildings on the site are joined by a shopping center with public space on the top that makes of the whole complex an attraction not only the match or the concert days but everyday. This is a place to gather and spend the entire day, where people can enjoy different activities in a warm and appealing environment far away from the stress and frenzy of the daily routine. The public space on the roof is organized along a serie of skylights that illuminate the shopping center during the day and project light to the sky at night, making of it an attraction pole.

With a water feature as a central element, 4 platforms rises from the corners becoming not only places to rest but also to connect with the nature through the vegetation, the breeze and the water.

A place to show their skills working with wood as well as all the wooden elements and systems that can be built in their multiple factories. 会所 会所是整个场地中的主要建筑之一,保留了传统木 结构建筑风格的基础上结合了现代设计和灵活的布 局形式。木框架结构强调了会所的外立面独有的结 构元素和整体感。此外,伸出外立面的梁柱不仅为 整个建筑带来一种力量与厚重感,梁与梁之间的空 隙还能起到通光作用。

Club House Becoming in one of the main buildings on the whole site, the club house keeps the traditional wooden appeal with a modern design and a dynamic distribution. The wooden frame structure modulates and brings character and identity to the facade by showing its different elements and connecions. Furthermore the beams come out in order to give rhythm and strength to the building at the same time they let the light get inside through the glazing between them.

Introduction Theme Park designed for people of all ages as a site to learn and have fun at the same time. A place to gather and enjoy with family and friends in the middle of a rich and green environment in Sanya. Beside the park, a shopping center gives it service and becomes the base of a serie of high rise office buildings that highligts the entire project from the distance.

Platforms, bridges, public spaces between buildings and a wide range of functions work together in order to achieve different leisure and relax options for the citizens around the area.

Located in Qingdao, coastal city with an important tradition in the ship industry, the project settles down as a metaphor of an old chinese ship that sailed the seas a long time ago. With the 5 office towers representing each one of the 5 sails and 3 of them with a slight rotation as if they were actually moved by the wind, the project becomes a landmark on the site by looking at the future and opening a window to the past. 7

Public Space & Commercial Area Flexible and dynamic space inspired on the ship industry tradition of Qingdao by reusing ship containers and turning them into shops, cafes and restaurants. This system offers the possibility to modify its disposition without too many complications, adding or removing containers as pleased and making of the whole site a more adaptable one.

Introduction Landscape project based on the idea of “river through the forest” as a concept with the difference that the water will become the vegetation in the design and the forest the buildings. This way we are creating a green river along the site which is crossed over by series of wooden bridges connecting all the buildings and linking both sides along the entire project.

项目简介 内蒙电力运动综合体在屋顶设计上还原了广袤的内 蒙古草原。这种建筑与景观紧密结合的设计思路来 源于内蒙当地传统蒙古包建筑中体现出的对于大自 然由衷的尊重和赞美。 在主体建筑前方,会议酒店高层建筑拔地而起,象 征着中国传统的红灯笼,照亮了周边的绿地景色。

Introduction Sports Center and Conference Hotel which roofs become an extension of the vast and green plains of Inner Mongolia. This close relation between architecture and landscape is inspired on the traditional architecture of the site which has always shown a steady respect and wonder for the nature. Besides the main building a conference hotel places itself in front of it with a higher volume arising as a methaphor of a Chinese red lantern, illuminating the side and the green surroundings.

项目简介 该项目是一个位于青岛市郊的旧船厂改造项目,旨 在把造船厂改造成创意产业中心,打造一个环境优 雅,形式丰富的邻水商业区。 项目保留了原场地中的起重机,作为场地的标志融 入景观设计当中,从建筑群中凸显出来,营造不同 功能分区之间的视觉关系。干船坞也是场地景观改 造的重点部分之一,人们可以在此邻水而憩,聆听 阵阵海浪声。

Introduction Revitalization of an old shipyard located in the outskirts of Qingdao by turning it into an innovation hub as well as a waterfront area full of amenities and activities. The project keeps the original port cranes as symbols for the place, introducing them into the landscape and standing out over the buildings in order to create visual relations between different areas of the site. The dry docks are also recovered as an essential part of the landscape ideal to relax beside the water while listening the sound of the waves coming in and out.

城市神经元是独具创新特色的城市发展模式。它以 生物和人工神经元网络为基础模式,形成交互网 络,实现可持续的城市发展。城市神经元系统的建 立是为了应对一线城市过度发展,同时也是为了防 止二线城市盲目跟随潮流,走一线城市过度发展的 老路。 城市神经元系统的核心观点在于交互网络的建立。 交互网络中的个体单位包括农业用地和城市节点。 城市节点之间由景观绿带相连接。每个城市节点由 一个或几个村镇组成。而绿带就是沟通城市节点之 间的通路。节点周边的网格和绿色缓冲带就是农业 区。农业用地存在的主要目的是为了防止城市节点 发展过快,最终成为过度发展的中心。 Neural Urbanism is a creative form of urban growth. It is based on the mechanism of biological and artificial neural networks to build an interchange network reaching sustainable urban development. Neural urbanism is designed to mitigate overdevelopment in first tier cities and to prevent second tier cities from following up the current situation of the first ones. The core idea of Neural Urbanism is to build an interchange network. The basic unit of interchange network is a production unit which comprises agricultural areas and urban nodes. Urban nodes are the ones connected by green buffer. Each urban node stands for a village or a small group of villages. Green buffers are roads that make the villages communicate. The grids which are surrounded by urban nodes and green buffers are called agricultural areas. The purpose of agricultural area is to prevent each urban node from over fast growing which finally becomes one overdeveloped center.

Sustainability, understood as a paradigm that has not yet been accomplished, presents a challenge and an opportunity to approach to possible development solutions and to innovate through new application models. From among them, there are 5 state of the art sustainable models that will allow us to approach in a more efficient manner to the interurban challenges that China is facing. Resilient Design addresses spatial safety, High Performance Landscape measures the environment, GIS systems records the environmental and urban data, Smart Cities revolutionize the way to display collected data, and Landscape Intelligence works with the prior models to design the urban physical interface.
