New Quarter=Fresh start Try out this classic Breakfast dish to fuel your greatness
before school, or to show off to your mom that you can cook!
First things First
cut or tear two corn tortillas into 1/2-inch to 1-inch squares.
Next, Heat the oil Add two tablespoons of oil to a medium pan and turn heat to medium. When the oil is hot, but not smoking, add in the tortillas. Fry the tortillas, mixing frequently, to allow them to cook evenly.
NEXT LOS HUEVOS
When the tortillas begin to crisp up and turn a nice light golden color, add in the beaten eggs.Scramble the eggs with the tortillas and make sure all the tortillas are coated with egg. Cook until the eggs are set and fully cooked. Final Step, A COMER
In all seriousness, my mom used to make this for me when i was in school. I made it all the time while i was in college. Have fun!

HLMS LOGO CONTEST Hey Guys! We need a new logo! Help the HLMS Program at Crosby Scholars design a new logo for the program! We're halfway through our sophomore year of the program and we figured we would need something that would identify who we are and what our goals encapsulate! Now, over here we believe in crediting the artist responsible for their artwork, so submit your design and fill out the form to receive full credit! This logo should include the following: - The Crosby Logo in some fashion. - Something calling or referencing Hispanic/Latino culture. - Incorporate our Primary or secondary brand colors; red, white, black or blue, orange, and green. - Must be, and I'm sure y'all know this, but it must be school appropriate. Submissions that have any bad stuff will not be considered for the contest. That's it! I am very excited to see what our artists have in store for us here at the office. Scan the QR Code to submit your design!!!
