Public service motivation is shaped by the respect and appreciation for the communities we are a part of and to whom we serve. What keeps the work stimulating are the opportunities we find from the challenges we face. Our CSDA community is comprised of people who are making the best of the time we have, and I get such inspiration just being around you all.
