VICE PRESIDENT OUTGOING INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIPS Role overview You will be developing strategies for attracting and sending students in internships through our international internships programs and coordinate implementation together with your department team. You are the final responsible for the development and performance of your department. You are part of the Executive Board team, comprised of President and Vice Presidents, and together we ensure the development of the local organization.

Responsibilities Leader of Outgoing Internships team Motivate team and develop ways to work together in the most efficient manner Manage activities of the department, appoint and track tasks Coach and train team members to assist them in their development Have regular meetings with team members Functional area responsibilities Set goals and develop effective strategies for realization of the goals Local planning and delivery of national projects and campaigns Develop and coordinate implementation of marketing campaigns in coordination with the Communications department Develop and track the flow to recruitment to send persons in international internships, according to the local reality Ensure quality of people recruited for internships (through Student Review Boards) Member of Executive Board team Participate in all team meetings; take part in strategy making and planning periods
Timing Period of term: July 1st – June 30th (Minimum) 12 hours per week Weekends availability for Conferences, Team Days or other events.
