HOW HEADSTONES WILL BE CREATED “I will quarry, on my own, three large plates of limestone from a local stone pit. In my workshop, I will lay each limestone plate atop heavy sawhorse supports. Patiently, between ongoing projects, I will chip away the negative space on the face of each stone; ultimately there will just be the raised images that appear in the following sketches…”
