The MAGEC Center is a place where students, staff and faculty can get support when it comes to events that are happening on campus and if they need a safe place on campus.
CSUB Dreamers Resource Center that is located at the MAGEC Center provides resources to students who are undocumented, DACA recipients, mixed-status families and AB-540 recipients.
They also offer legal immigration services like the Immigration Legal Defense (ILD) to those who attend CSUB, students, faculty, staff, immediate family and alumni two years after graduation.

Chief of Police Maricela Gonzalez is the designate campus official if an immigration officer is expect on campus or approaches someone on campus. Gonzalez and Lieutenant Greg Kinder are responsible for verifying the legality of any warrants, court orders and/or subpoenas that may be provided by a federal immigration officer.
Inform the enforcement official that you are not obstructing their process but need to consult the campus designees.
