Stay Safe: Disaster Planning for Your Family Disaster can strike quickly and without warning. It can force you to evacuate your neighborhood or confine you to your home. What would you do if basic services, such as water, gas, electricity, or telephones were cut off? How could you help children, pets, and loved ones? Local officials and relief workers will be on the scene after a disaster, but they cannot reach everyone right away. In this workshop, you will learn about family disaster plans and find out what types of disasters are likely in this area. Knowing what to do is your best protection! 5540069 | CEUs: 0.4 | Mel Curtis
