Meet the Team – Ken Hillen - MD KEN HILLEN – MANAGING DIRECTOR Ken Hillen is a board level advisor to a number of companies and corporate finance specialist. Aside from providing consultancy services to companies and their banks, thanks to his extensive personal contacts within the banking sector, he has previously held senior roles with Royal Bank of Scotland as Senior Corporate Director, Anglo Irish Bank as MD for Scotland and Northern Ireland and Bank of Ireland as Head of Commercial & Corporate Banking for Scotland. Ken’s key responsibility is delivering the business plan and adherence to corporate governance.

Meet the Team – Tim Williamson – Construction Director TIM WILLIAMSON – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Williamson Group is a family run organisation with over 90 years of combined experience within the construction/project management industry, Tim holds the role of director of business development and construction consultant, and is the UK liaison for The Williamson Group Asia whose reach branches out to Malaysia, South East Anglia, Israel and Africa and are well positioned to support any bi-lateral trade between the UK and ASIA. Tim has gained a wealth of experience within the construction industry over the past 16 years growing the company in an ever increasingly competitive market, Tim’s aim is to deliver projects to the highest of standards offering a fully comprehensive holistic approach to business/construction solutions.


How the SPV Investment Works Buy shares in a highly profitable residential development and receive a share of the profits. Typically an investor can expect a return of between 15% within 12 months. The Share Deal gives investors the opportunity to invest in a variety of high profit residential developments. Each development is owned by a single purpose vehicle (or SPV). This is a simple, private limited company set up for the sole purpose of buying, developing and selling a single residential development. As an investor, you will own shares in this company and therefore when the property is sold, you will receive a share of the profits in proportion to the amount of the shares you own.


Step By Step Guide • A limited company is formed by the appointed solicitor firm Atticus Law and 100 shares are issued. This company is known as a single purpose vehicle (or SPV).

• A residential development property or site is purchased by the company. • An investment prospectus is produced which outlines the key investment information to help investors make an informed choice.

• Investors decide how many shares they wish to purchase and complete a “share application” form and transfers the funds to the solicitor’s client account. Share certificates are issued by the solicitor.

• The development is carried out by our team. The solicitor releases payments for the work at key stages of the development process.

• The completed development is sold to achieve the highest possible profit in the shortest possible time. • The profits are proportionately divided and paid to the shareholders along with their original stakes. • The SPV is closed and investors can choose to buy shares in another Quaystone Investment Group project.
