Foreword from Director Julian John

I am delighted with how the charity has supported people with mental health needs over the past year, we have been able to adapt and respond at a time of unprecedented uncertainty.

We’ve been able to maintain our services by switching over to a digital offer but more importantly we’ve been able to apply key worker principles when supporting some of the most vulnerable people living within our community, reaching out to people in hospital and those experiencing homelessness. It is with credit to my Team who themselves have experienced worry and anxiety in such uncertain times.

This Annual Impact Report gives you insight into the work that we have achieved and the difference we have made to those people who have used our services. We’ve got much better at measuring the difference we make across all our services and it’s that evidence that gives us the confidence to do more.

It is with testament to our funders, including the Public Sector, Grant Givers and our Supporters and Fundraisers that have enabled us to do what we’ve done, it is to them that I also remain grateful. I look forward to delivering on our next strategy which places growth, sustainability and excellence at its heart, all important elements for better mental health.
