Designed to create a small batch sample of a coffee profile, in order to transfer the profile to a larger batch An efficient coffee roaster with infrared burners and a heat exchange, that ensures optimal control on roasting of coffee Infra-red burners are used to heat the steel plate, heat exchanges through which clean ambient air is drawn and heated to the temperatures needed for roasting Clean heat source means no contaminated gases during roasting process Carbon steel roasting drum has excellent conductive and dispersing heat qualities resulting in very even roasting Easy for the novice to use while the experienced and demanding roast professional has the control needed to precisely manipulate the chemistry at every stage of the roast
