Reaching November in Macau has complex meanings. The month is always filled with roaring engines, and everybody gets extra obsessed with speed: the speed at which the racing cars travel, and the speed at which time flies to the end of the year. In a blink of an eye, we’re just two months away from the end of 2015. When I compared Cguide with the Macau Grand Prix, I was surprised by the jaw-dropping similarities. Making magazines and winning a race both have a focus on precision, timeliness, courage, and calmness. The pressroom gets tense sometimes – same in the racing pit – but we all aim at winning the game. As usual, we have filled this issue of Cguide with fun and interesting articles, from sumptuous food and breath-taking events, to irresistible merchandise and eyewidening entertainment: all inside this magazine just for you. The Macau Grand Prix takes a crucial role in this issue. However, we don’t only talk about the race itself, but have paired it with shopping and dining. You do not need to be in a racing suit to watch the races, but please follow our recommendations for suitable outfits. We have also interviewed a racing driver so that you know more about the sport: from an insider’s perspective. And you may want to know more about the transformation of the Control Tower, which we are presenting to you as a timeline. Many of us have celebrations with champagne, just like the racing drivers do. We show you how to pick good sparkling wines and champagnes and, of course, table wines. After the heat of the races, visit the Thai restaurants we’ve prepared for you to release the tension away.

前美高梅中国发布了其路氹项目首家餐厅的消息，该餐厅主打 日式秘鲁佳肴。这两种截然不同的风格，将在知名大厨津村光 晴的监督下，於路氹美高梅的“雅吉”餐厅上映。 十月中，为了隆重其事，酒店更特地邀请了津村大厨来到澳门美高 梅，为一众宾客呈献美食，让60位宾客率先品鉴特色菜式。《新澳门 导航》有幸成为1/60，为你先行试味。 津村大厨当天给予的餐具只有汤匙，因他表示“只用汤匙有足以细致 品尝”。一看餐单：咦？牛柳？没错，用上50小时慢煮的牛柳，嫩滑 幼细得如丝一样，汤匙一下去就分开了，简直是魔法。 另外，寿司虽用了各式秘鲁调味料，但起到相辅相成的效果，更提升 了食材的鲜味，实在精彩。 “雅吉”的西班牙文解作“辣椒”丶日文则作“滋味”。未来餐厅将 设有特色秘鲁刺身吧(Ceviche Bar)丶火炉烧烤和Pisco酒吧，收藏了 多款顶级日式米酒丶烧酒，以及葡萄酒，为澳门的饮食界带来新冲 激。

arlier this year, MGM China released the first news about one of its restaurants at the Cotai property, called AJI. It is a Peruvian-Japanese or Nikkei and you will be able to enjoy fine dining under the direction of renowned Chef Mitsuharu Tsumura. In mid-October, the Hotel specially invited Chef Tsumura to host a 60-guest lunch at MGM Macau. Cguide was honoured to sample the delights for you in advance. Spoons were the only cutlery arranged on the table, but Chef Tsumura considers that “less is more”. Beef short ribs? Right. Having been slowcooked for 50 hours, the beef was so tender, juicy and silky that it could literally be eaten with a spoon. Peruvian seasonings were used for the sushi and those elements complemented each other to enhance the complexity and tastefulness of the dish. AJI, which literally means “chili” in Spanish and “flavour” in Japanese, will feature a ceviche bar, hibachi grill and a Pisco bar, offering a selection of sakes, ochu and fine wines, bringing a new punch to the Macau culinary scene.

ike many other places, Taiwan has a lot of distinguished delicacies that are unique to its cities. Talking about Tainan, “Dan Tzai Noodles” is arguably the icon. Dan Tzai, literally shoulder poles in English, vividly illustrates the way the noodles were sold: carried along the streets in two buckets hung by a shoulder pole. Each bowl of noodles is the size of several mouthfuls, because this snack was invented mainly to be eaten during labour’s short recess. Du Hsiao Yueh is the iconic brand of Dan
Tzai Noodle. Founded in 1895, the 120-year-old cuisine is now popular in Greater China, with the newest pinpoint on the map on Broadway Macau. Marinated Minced Pork, a major ingredient of Dan Tzai Noodles, was prepared brilliantly by the brand, because they use their own secret recipe. The blue bowl that Du Hsiao Yueh uses is an original Taiwanese design that pictures the culinary map of Tainan. Pay a visit to the Macau shop for a wide range of Tainan delicacies.

配合与北京故宫博物院合作的年度大展“太乙 嵯峨──紫禁城建筑艺术特展”，艺博馆举 办“矩墨皇城──乔得龙紫禁城水墨画展”，展出八 十一幅描绘故宫景物的水墨画作，更全面地欣赏紫禁 城建筑之美。 法裔西班牙籍艺术家，夏尔．乔得龙(Charles Chauderlot)摒弃了西方色彩绘画的技法，改用中国笔墨， 在西方画纸上进行水墨创作，成功结合西方透视原理 以及中国画“留白”的概念。他的作品讲究光线、明 暗与墨色色调，画面层次分明。其创作风格不仅得到 艺术界赞赏，更让他成为首位获得北京故宫博物院准 许，进入院内描绘紫禁城的外籍人士。 观众可透过作品重温他于2002年到2004年期间在紫禁 城内走过的足迹，展览中每一幅画作，仿佛回顾了他 写生绘画的过程。是次展览作品数目与紫禁城宫门上 的八十一枚金色门钉相吻合。八十一颗门钉象征着阳 之至极，从前是唯有至尊皇帝才有权使用的装饰物， 其他任何建筑物都不得僭越，以表对宫苑壮丽盛景的 颂扬。
I
n conjunction with the grand annual exhibition cohosted by the Palace Museum, namely The Magnificent Palace – Imperial Architecture of the Forbidden City, the Macao Museum of Art is holding the current exhibition themed Ink Wash of the Forbidden City – Paintings by Charles Chauderlot, showcasing 81 ink wash paintings depicting the scenery of the Palace Museum. Charles Chauderlot has abandoned the techniques of Western colour painting, preferring to employ Chinese brush and ink. Applying ink wash on Western drawing papers, he has successfully mingled Western techniques of perspective drawings with the concept of Chinese ‘blank-leaving’ painting. His works underscore light, shading and the tone of ink in well-arranged scenes. Not only is his style of creation approved by art circles but it has also made him the first foreigner permitted by the Palace Museum, Beijing, to enter the restricted area of the Forbidden City to paint from 2002 to 2004. Exhibition-goers can review his footsteps in the Forbidden City through his works. Every painting in the exhibition seems to be a retrospection of his sketching and painting process. The number of exhibits this time is identical to the 81 golden doornails on the gate of the Forbidden City. Eighty-one doornails symbolise the extreme masculinity (Yang) which were the ornaments exclusively used by the majestic emperors of the past; other architecture is not allowed to overstep its authority in order to celebrate the magnificent landscape of the Palace.

始终是开始──周春芽作品（(2015)） Zhou Chunya - New Works 2015 著名中国当代艺术家周春芽于澳门艺术博物馆发布其 新作系列“始终是开始─周春芽作品（2015）”，以 开放的艺术语言具体地阐述世界，透过作品反映出其 艺术逻辑的多元性及跳跃性。 周春芽一九五五年生于中国重庆，一九八二年毕业于 四川美术学院版画系，一九八八年毕业于德国卡塞尔 美术学院自由艺术系。他被认为当代中国艺术领域 里，对色彩掌握度最完整精确、最自由无拘的艺术家 之一；反自然色彩的运用是他作品中的典型风格。 “始终是开始＂展出周春芽十二幅油画作品及一件青 铜彩绘作品，合共十三件。其中，油画部分是特别为 本次展览创作的全新作品。周氏借鉴清初四王、四僧 等绘画语言，以怀古的方式进入已逝的，甚至颓败的 苏州、扬州等园林时空，并透过中国传统符号、笔触 结合西方的彩色，描绘太湖石、亭台楼阁、树木缠 枝、花卉等景致，从中寻找一条区别于西方艺术及传 统中国艺术的视觉语言方式。 Zhou Chunya, the pivotal figure of the contemporary Chinese art circle, is presenting his new exhibition ‘Zhou Chunya - New Works 2015’ at Macao Museum of Art. Zhou comprehensively interpreted the world with his open language of art. He prefers shocks and impacts brought about by innovation to constant mindsets, and he demonstrates the diversity and leaps in his logic of art through his works. Zhou Chunya, born in 1955 in Chongqing, China, graduated from the Printmaking department at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1982 and the Experiment Art department of Kassel University in 1988. He is one of the best artists in terms of mastering the use of colours in the contemporary Chinese art circles. The use of unusual palette against the natural way is also his typical style. ‘Zhou Chunya - New Works 2015’ showcase twelve oil paintings and a coloured bronze sculpture, totally 13 pieces. All of the oil paintings are new works especially for this exhibition. The new series works in this exhibition was inspired by Yangzhou, the city which enjoyed extraordinary influence in the development of traditional Chinese literati painting. Zhou’s works are diverse from ordinary landscape painting or Western oil painting that we are familiar with. He employs mountains and stones as the subject matter of his painting with strongly contrasting and flamboyant colours. The composition and colours of his painting imply strong intense personality of the artist and set him a distinctive path between tradition and innovation. 18

澳门本土艺术家Rui Rasquinho带来最新作品 展“景界”，展出其14幅新作。这系列的画 作是一个正在进行的艺术项目的一部份，该 项目以探讨绘画的风景创作为主题（形而“ 上”或形而“下”）。通过萃取及参考中国 传统画作的元素，Rui Rasquinho务求把这些 元素融入他的画作及个人艺术世界中。1971 年出生于葡萄牙里斯本的Rui Rasquinho是 本澳著名插画师，他自1990年代起就开始发 布插画、漫画、展览画作及影像装置作品。
Macau-based artist Rui Rasquinho will present his latest exhibition “Scape” , presenting 14 new works from the artist; a series of drawings from an on-going project that illustrates a pictorial investigation around the theme of landscapes, both physical and metaphysical. With the series, the artist has extracted elements from traditional Chinese paintings as a primordial reference, with the aim of incorporating these into his practice and private artistic universe. Rui studied Fine Arts - Painting and Animation Cinema and since the 1990’s has been publishing illustrations and comics, and exhibiting paintings, drawings and video installation works. Mr. Mak Kuong Weng won the “Best Creation Special Prize” as well as the “Best Creation Award” for his Chinese painting “Landscape No. 1”.

ocated at the Clubhouse of Grand Lapa Hotel is NAAM, Macau’s first Thai fine dining restaurant. NAAM means “clear water” in Thai, which is also the main tone of the restaurant’s interior design. The establishment has a whitish colour scheme and a fountain at the centre, on top of which is a window that lets in energetic sunbeams. The restaurant also features an al-fresco dining area that is great for family gathering (with children!) during the autumn and winter. Early this year, the restaurant was certified as “Thai Select” by the Thai government, noting the authenticity and quality of the delights made by the restaurant. The accolade is valid for three years. Remarkable dishes include Tom Yom Goon, Thai Green Curry, Fried Koay Teow with Prawns, etc. For drinks, the Lemongrass tea – made with fresh mint leaves and lemongrass – is a must-try.

Feel 唇工房 醉辣外卖小食 以外卖店形式经营的“Feel唇工房”，主要提供东南亚特色美食，餐 牌上的小食分为“Feel唇风味”和“醉唇系列”两大派系。前者即酸 辣的泰式腌物，如鸡脚、海哲、卜卜蚬等，拌以泰式腌料，酸辣开 胃；而后者的鲍鱼、海虾、鱿鱼和鸡翼，则以花雕等腌制，阵阵酒香 扑鼻。这里的外卖小食以密封的胶杯包装，回家后开封即可食用，方 便又卫生。
Fusion Workshop ‘Feel Workshop’, which is operated as a take-out restaurant, mainly serves South-east Asian cuisine. The food on the menu are divided into two factions, ’Feel lip se-ries’ and ‘Drunk lip series’. The ’Feel Lip Series’ optionincludes hot and sour Thai pickled, such as chicken feet, jelly fish and BuBu clam. These are cooked with a Thai Marinade they are spicy and are a good appetizer. The ‘Drunk Lip Series’ includes abalone, shrimp, squid and chicken wings, which is preserved by Livingstoni so it smells intoxicating. The take-away snacks here are in sealed plastic cartons, after coming back home, you can eat it as soon as you open the package, which is con-venient and clean.

这题目真是神来之笔，当然也有店家的创意配合。渔人 码头的新奥尔良馆最近新开了两家餐厅，同一馆内有三 种不同的滋味。 “和洋馆”分共设两层，地面是洋风日本餐厅，提供和 洋混合的美食。简而言之，常见的日本美食会搭配西 式风格的原素，以精美的样子示人。上一层则是纯西式 餐厅，走当代美食风格，为食客提供原汁原味的欧美餐 膳。 旁边则是两层的韩日烧烤餐厅酒吧“和韩烧”，每桌一 炉供三五知己大快朵颐，亲身上阵烤出最合胃口的肉 食、蔬菜；搭配店内提供十款生啤酒，相得益彰。 两店三区共三种装潢风格，独当一面。小编最爱和韩烧 的当代街头设计风格，轻松自然。而和洋馆西餐区则走 高格调，配合“巴黎之花”主题、能容貌八人的独立房 间，华实俱备。而日本餐区则是现代日本餐厅风格，各 有特式。 美食选择非常多，既有日本引以为傲的和牛料理，也有 精美寿司刺身、西式牛扒、美味甜点等等，实在三天三 夜都说不完，要你亲身来品鉴。
I can’t help express my love for this title. Of course, it only succeeds with the help of the restaurateur. It best describes the new establishments at The New Orleans Block of Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. One of the two restaurants is “Wa You Kan”, a twofloor establishment that serves Western-Japanese fusion cuisine on the ground floor and Western cuisine on the first floor. Both cuisines take on a contemporary style. Next to it is “Wa Kan Yaki”, serving Korean and Japanese DIY grill. Every table – mainly for four each – is equipped with a stove with which diners can make themselves the most appetizing grill. Ten brands of draft beer are available for an elevated experience. Each restaurant has its own design scheme. Wa Kan Yaki employs a contemporary street-style décor, while the Western section of Wa You Kan is classy, with a PerrierJouët-themed eight-seat VIP dining room. The Japanese section has modern Japanese décor. With three types of cuisines under one roof, the menu is comprehensive: from Wagyu cooking and sushi, to grilled steaks and delectable desserts. It is really worth sampling.

Chiu Chow Fine-dining Shines Galaxy With more than 40 years of distinguished history, Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant is renowned for its authentic, highend Teochew (Chiu Chow) cuisine. Now the legend is back in Macau and better than ever, officially returning to Galaxy Macau following a brief sabbatical to make way for the resort’s glittering Phase II. In contrast to the design of its famous Hong Kong outlet, the new Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant at Galaxy Macau features décor inspired by traditional Teochew themes, plus the same delicious specialties based on classic Teochew recipes and carefully prepared by master chefs. Executive Chef Chan Wah Yin is a culinary veteran who has over 35 years of culinary experience. He will be preparing for connoisseurs like you signature dishes, such as braised lion head goose, which is prepared using lion head geese of the finest quality weighing about 10.8kg. Chefs begin by rubbing the goose with sorghum-based spirits, then braise it in master stock for one and a half hours. During this time the goose is periodically removed from the master stock, drained, pierced, turned and re-immersed four times to ensure that the rich flavors reach every part of the bird. In addition to the culinary mastery of Chef Chan and his team, the relaunched branch at Galaxy Macau offers diners a rich, authentic Teochew ambience. The décor includes red and gold themes, an extensive use of wood inspired by Teochew wooden sculptures, folding screens pattered with undulating lines and decorative items reminiscent of traditional tulous (earth buildings).

Three wines recommendations for hairy crab roe The Shanghai hairy crab is also known as the Chinese mitten crab and takes its name from its furry claws. The crab is a delicacy in China and has found its way to Hong Kong and Macau. It is greatly prized for the female crab roe, which ripen in the ninth lunar month and the males in the tenth. In China, Shaoxing yellow wine is the usual drink to go with it but here are three other interesting wine choices that are available in Macau at your local friendly wine distributor.

The alcohol level runs at 15% but allowing this sake to age over the summer has made the flavour deep and round. The balance of acidity and sweetness is just about right.

Recently João Pires MS hosted a Jura Vin Jaune and hairy crab special dinner at the Michelin star Jade Dragon at the City of Dreams together with Frédéric Lornet and both were delighted to find how well Jura Vin Jaune pairs with hairy crabs.

his month marks the 62nd Macau Grand Prix, and it has come to my attention that almost in all sports they use exclusively Champagne for their celebratory endings. If you ask me, looking at Champagne outside of the known brands, nowadays you will have amazing choices directly from small producers, offering great value, diversity and most importantly, very high quality. Champagne-Asia, in Hong Kong is a great example of a company trying to promote these smaller producers. They carry over 12 different producers, all whom are using only organic farming and biodynamic methods, giving us a huge range of style, variety, terroir driven, single grape variety or blend. Also now you can enjoy sparkling wine from other regions and countries, not only Champagne makes some of the best sparkling wine!
Sparkling Wines: Know How There are four main methods: The first is simple injection of carbon dioxide (CO2), which is also used in soft drinks. The second is the Metodo Martinotti created and patented by Italian Federico Martinotti and adopted by Eugène Charmat in 1907, a French vine grower in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, in which the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bulk tanks, and is
bottled under pressure. This method is used for Prosecco and Asti in particular. The third method is the méthode champenoise (only for Champagne), or traditional method (any other region or country than Champagne). With this method the effervescence is produced by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The fourth method is the “transfer method”. This follows the first steps of “méthode champenoise or traditional method” in that after primary fermentation the cuvée is transferred to bottles to complete secondary fermentation. When the secondary fermentation is complete and the wine has spent the desired amount of time in bottle on yeast lees (six months is the requirement to label a wine ‘bottle fermented’) then the individual bottles are transferred (hence the name) into a larger tank. The wine is then filtered, the liqueur de dosage added, and then filled back into new bottles for sale. This method allows for complexity to be built into the wine, but also gives scope for blending options after the wine has gone into bottle and reduces the bottle-to-bottle variations that can be hard to control in the “méthode champenoise” Please see below some suggestion about different style and countries. You don’t always have to break your bank account to enjoy a good celebration. From the super dry, lighter, sweeter and rose, you should be able to find the right choice for you to enjoy!

f you bring children to Macau this November, the Grand Prix might not be the most exciting thing for them – but the Macau Science Centre will be. Located on the Avenida Dr. Sun Yat-Sen, Macau Science Centre consists of the Exhibition Center, the Mechanical Workshop where mechanical training is provided, and the Convention Center. Supporting facilities include a gift shop, restaurants and a nursery room, providing visitors with a full range of services. The Exhibition Center consists of 14 galleries. The 12 permanent galleries cover topics in Space Science, Fun Science, Children Science, Science Express, Robotic, Sound, Earth, Genetics (DNA), Eco Conservation, Sport Health, Sport Challenge and Food Science. The exhibitions seek to provide knowledge-oriented, scientific and interesting interactive exhibits, and allow visitors to explore science in a hands-on way. Apart from the above-mentioned permanent galleries, there are 2 galleries reserved for special exhibitions. Recent exhibitions are:
Macau x LEGO® Exhibition Three sets of LEGO® models of Macau’s events and landmarks will be displayed, including starting point of the Guia Circuit of Macau Grand Prix, Macau Tower and the map of Macau Peninsula. The photos of “Macau Attraction x LEGO® mini-figures” by photographer Antonio Leong will also be displayed. There will also be LEGO® photography seminar and workshop, great opportunities to improve your photography skills.
Impressions Printing Exhibition on Printing Technology Printing is one of the four great inventions of Ancient China. The beauty of woodblock printing is absolutely amazing. This exhibition “Impressions Printing” presents several gems from printing art and models of printing equipment; some of them are “the first in Macau” or “the only one in Macau”. We invite everyone to come and discover these treasures, appreciating the beauty of printing technology and Chinese culture.

he much-anticipated Suncity Group Formula 3 Macau Grand Prix – FIA F3 Intercontinental Cup race is a great opportunity for early-career drivers to show their faces. This year, 28 brilliant drivers from 17 countries will take part in the race. Swedish driver Felix Rosenqvist, who is the reigning champion of 2015 FIA F3 European Championship, will be representing Italian team SJM Theodore Racing by Prema Powerteam and british young driver Jake Dennis is coming to Macau for the first time, also representing this team. Other participants include Lance Stroll from Canada, Alexander Albon from Thailand, Dorian Boccolacci from France, Cao Hongwei from China and Zheng Yingcong from Macau. Japanese driver Kenta Yamashita, who is leading F3 Japanese Championship stand-
ings, will be representing Tom’s, the most successful team in the Macau Grand Prix. Suncity Group Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix has drawn a lot of attention since it was launched in 1967. This year, we have 31 drivers from 11 countries participating in the race, including former winner Stuart Easton, Ian Hutchinson, Michael Rutter and John McGuinness. We will also see American driver Mark Miller for team Splitlath EBR, Brandon Cretu and Ben Wylie for Bimota Factory Racing. What’s new about Suncity Group Macau Guia Race 2.0T this year is the introduction of TCR cars. Cars participating in the TCR touring car race use a 2.0 turbo engine, the same as other cars in the Guia Race. But their components must meet relevant regulations,
which means all the drivers and team are competing under the same conditions. Moreover, Rob Huff, the king of Macau racing cars, will be in the race. He will also be the instructor of his teammate Kevin Gleason, who is attending the Macau race for the first time. Another breakthrough is that it is the first time Macau joins hands with FIA to hold the FIA GT World Cup. Top drivers from Europe and Asia will be in the race, including last year’s winner, German driver Maro Engel. Other big names are Edoardo Mortara, five-time winner on the Guia Circuit, Japanese driver Keita Sawa, who has won the GT cup twice, former GT cup winner Darryl O’Young and former Macau F3 champion André Couto. Furthermore, there will be the
CTM Macau Touring Car Cup, Macau Road Sport Challenge, Chinese Racing Cup and Suncity Lotus Celebrity Cup Race. The Suncity Lotus Celebrity Cup Race is a new race launched this year. Celebrities such as model and actress Chrissie Chau, actor and singer Shawn Yue, actor Alex Fong and TV celebrity Christine Kuo will attend the race. Taiwan actor singer and model Chun Wu, who is a former member of the male idol group “Fahrenheit”, will be in the game too, along with other superstars from Hong Kong. During the Grand Prix, there will be live broadcast on large screens at Rua da Cunha, Senado Square, Rotunda de Carlos da Maia and Tap Seac Square, keeping you updated throughout the great race.

The new Race Control Tower of the Macau Grand Prix has now become part of the collective memory of the spectators and provides bespoke and state-of-the-art working areas
for the race officials, stewards, medical staff, time keeping official, track commentators and other personnel. Grand Prix Building has all the facilities required to better accommodate media, staff and sponsors. The entire project has been carefully designed to ensure maximum usage year-round, providing conference, training and function areas, and offices for the permanent Macau Grand Prix Committee teams and Macau’s ASN, the Automobile General Association Macao-China. the new pit garages have been designed to accommodate larger tourist vehicles when not in use at the Grand Prix, while the entire paddock and underground carpark continues to provide valuable parking. As an outstanding architecture of trans-century historical significance, the New Race Control Tower stands as a shining beacon to the future.

年都有世界各地的车手前来参与澳门格兰披治大赛车，但要在这条难道系数 极高的东望洋赛道上扬名国际并非易事，运气以及过人的技术缺一不可。在 这个赛车月，Cguide请到本地曾连续三年于澳门房车锦标赛夺得车手总冠军殊荣并 准备出战本届澳门格兰披治大赛车路车挑战赛的澳门知名职业车手梁欣荣(Kelvin)和 我们分享他的赛车路。 Kelvin于2006年在朋友的介绍下开始接触赛车运动，多年以来以业余车手的身份参 加各种赛事并且获得不俗的成绩，更五度于“澳门房车锦标赛”夺得车手总冠军殊 荣，包括于2007年“N2000组别房车赛”总冠军、2012年和2013年“中国澳门汽 车会杯挑战赛”总冠军，以及在2014年和2015年“路车挑战赛”总冠军。经过不同 赛事的历练，Kelvin表示自己在赛场上更加成熟，昔日常会斗狠斗快，但如今更重 技术层面的发挥，以及用不同的赛事数据去分析赛况。 “2015年可以说是我赛车生涯颠峰的一年，一是因为有赞助商全力支持我以全职车 手身份参赛，毕竟你有再好的技术，赛车还得看车的配备以及技术团队的支持，这 就不得不牵涉资金的问题，而这是业余车手无法独力承担的。二是我今年要参加中 国、日本、泰国及马来西亚等地的二十多场赛事，变相就是练习机会比别人更多， 所以我相信目前的状态是多年以来最好的。”Kelvin说。 58

经过具代表性的中国房车锦标赛(CTCC)与内地港澳各 地的车手一同较量后，他的下一个目标当然是自己土 生土长的地方，驾驶其经过改良和更新机械部件后的 三菱Lancer EVO9战车，在第62届澳门格兰披治大赛 车的路车赛事上向大家展示出最佳状态的梁欣荣。 “ 东望洋赛道是一条非常有趣的赛道，要赢的话，运气 还是占7成。别以为我是澳门人就会对赛道很熟悉，其 实看似一样的赛道，会因为天气、平时的损耗导致每 年都会不一样，而且你在这样的街道比赛机会每年只 有一次，这也解释了为什么每年都吸引如此多赛车手 要来澳门参与大赛车。” 那么对于自己的职业生涯，他又将如何安排呢？ “也 许2016年就是职业生涯的最后一年吧，我觉得在最好 的时刻退下也是一个很好的选择，但退下并不代表退 出车坛，而是转向培养澳门年青车手的方向出发，与 他们分享我的经验，为澳门喜欢赛车的年青人提供更 多机会。另外则是在澳门打造一个能与国际车队接轨 的专业车队。最后我挺想试试飘移项目，因为我很喜 欢在大家面前表现自己。”Kelvin笑着说。

very year racing drivers from all over the world come to Macau Grand Prix, as a result it’s difficult to gain fame on the Guia Circuit. Luck and extraordinary technology is indispensable. Racing in this month, Cguide invites local champion who has won the championship for three consecutive years, winning in Macau Touring Car Championship and is ready to compete at this year’s Macau Grand Prix Macau Road Sport Challenge is renowned professional driver Kelvin and sharing his racing story with us. Kelvin came into contact with motor sports in 2006. He participated in various events and got good results as an amateur rider for many years, but he won the championship awards in the “Macau Touring Car Championship” 5 times, including ‘N2000 group Touring Car’ in 2007 and ‘China-Macau Autosports Club Cup challenge’ championship in 2012 and 2013 and also the ‘Road challenge’ championship in 2014 and 2015. After the experience in different events, Kelvin said he was more confident in the sport, in the past he struggled with high speed, but now more emphasis on technical aspects of the sport, as well as different events data to analyze the race has helped him. I came to the peak of my racing career in 2015. First, sponsors supported me with a full-time driver identity. Equipment and technical support are crucial to the competition. Second, I will take part in more than 20 races this year in China, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia and other places and that means I have more chances to practice, so I believe that I am at my best now. ‘After the race along with drivers from all over the mainland and Hong Kong, his next goal is driving his modified and updated Mitsubishi Lancer EVO9 vehicles doing his best in 62nd Macau Grand Prix. “Guia Circuit is a challenging track, if you want to win, luck accounts for a large percentage. The weather and feel of the track will be different every year so I cannot ensure I’m familiar with the circuit even if I’m a local. One chance, one year, that’s why so many drivers are eager to come to Macau to participate in Grand Prix. ‘ What is his career plan? Kelvin said that maybe 2016 will be the final year of his career. It is the best choice for him to quit at his peak. He will turn to training young racers and share his personal experience of racing to them. Besides he dreams to build an international team in the future. Finally, he said he would like to trydrifting because he would like to continue performing to the public.

逗留及过境 STAY AND TRANSIT 大多数旅客（欧洲、澳大利亚／新西兰、美国、加拿大、南非）无 需签证逗留30天至90天，其他人一般可逗留30天。持中国往来港 澳通行证并获得签注旅客到澳门旅游最长可逗留7天；持中国护照 过境澳门前往第三国的旅客可逗留5天。 Most travellers (EU, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, South Africa passports holders) can enter and stay in Macau visa-free for 30-90 days with their valid passports. Others can get a 30-day visa on arrival. Mainland residents in possession of a valid EEP bearing a valid exit endorsement can stay for a maximum of 7 days in Macau. The “authorisation to stay” for the first entry of PRC passport holders who transit Macau to other countries will be 5 days.
