Students from Elementary School are learning to create different figures using geometric shapes.

Our students demonstrate initiative, sensitivity, imagination and creativity to express themselves through art and to appreciate the artistic and cultural manifestations of their environment and other contexts. Our kids are learning about a great African american artist she is Alma Woodsey Thomas. Children have known important information about her life and her work. During the class children solved a digital puzzle about Alma Thomas ´ s master pieces and colored a portrait of our artist, they really enjoyed these activities.
