Our
Cundall is a global, independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering sustainable engineering and design solutions across the built environment. Thought leadership is a key element of our business.
Innovation isn’t about being different for the sake of it, but being different when the project requires it.
purpose Cundall exists to create: The best opportunities for our people and sustainable solutions for the planet
Every day, Cundall people apply themselves to the challenging and inspiring task of helping communities navigate the transition to a decarbonised future. This is a huge, global task that we will achieve the same way one might train for and run a marathon - one step at a time.
People are at the heart of what we do, both the brilliant minds from around the world who collaborate to imagine and invent solutions, and the human beings who are served by the buildings, places and infrastructure we create.
Becoming part of Cundall means serving a larger purpose grounded in values of inclusivity, ethical responsibility, and stewardship of this blue-green marvel we all call home.

Zero Carbon Design 2030
Cundall launched Zero Carbon Design 2030 (ZCD30) in September 2021 with a commitment that we will not work on projects that are not zero carbon after 2030.
Since then, we have reached our first milestone, a project pathway for all projects, which clearly sets out to our clients how their project can be zero carbon, and the design solutions that we can provide to support this.
The initiative exists to enable net zero carbon thinking to become ‘business as usual’ for Cundall. We are committed to being industry leaders and are developing training programs, tools and guidance for our teams to help ensure they can provide the very best solutions for their clients.

At Cundall, we are not only committed to a culture of inclusivity internally, but also to influencing change in the industry for the benefit of all.
