Provisional bookings can be made but must be confirmed with a nonrefundable deposit of £10.00 per person and a completed booking form within 14 days of enquiry. (Please note one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment). 3. Where pre-orders are required, a preorder form and wine booking form will be sent once the hotel has received your deposit payment. 4. Final payments for all parties are required no later than Friday 1st November. 5. Pre-arranged company accounts are available on request.
