SCHOOL Use “the CUNY School of Professional Studies” use abbreviation “CUNY SPS” after full name established.

OFFICES/DEPARTMENTS Use “Office of ________” with the exception of Bursar and Registrar use “Office of the Bursar or Office of the Registrar” TITLES Use a comma between Title and Department i.e. “assistant dean, Student Affairs”* * job titles are not capitalized unless featured before a person’s name, such as Chancellor Rodríguez. AWARDED TITLES For titles of accomplishments use the abbreviation without periods, i.e. PhD, MSW
