CURIOU April 2011 sets a new standard for menswear in the UK: The launch of interactive web space, CURIOUSman.
Unique in concept and unparalleled in quality, the aim is to provide menswear student and graduate designers an unrivalled opportunity for promotion to a targeted audience of engaged readers. The website offers three options: MAGAZINE, CONTENT & TALENT. MAGAZINE houses a stunning collection of fashion imagery and impactful articles, CONTENT houses daily updated editorial content whilst TALENT offers menswear designers an opportunity to upload their work for free. Alongside this, a biannual catwalk event allows designers further opportunities to have their work viewed by a global audience through the latest developments in live streaming.

Offering such a broad variety of content means the target market is equally expansive. Aimed primarily at ABC1 males between the ages of 18-35, these creative individuals have a keen interest in the ‘next big thing’, keeping their finger on the pulse of all things new. They are generation Y consumers so are impulsive and willing to spend more on luxury items, always seeking instant gratification in what they do. With the primary goal of making CURIOUSman the hub of graduate menswear designers, the site also targets females wanting to promote their work online to industry professionals, in turn encouraging them to read the magazine and browse the general content (music, lifestyle etc).
