The method for using e-‐subject file (white folder) in few simple steps;
1. The Curriculum HUB can be accessed from the school website under the Academics menu.
2. Don’t forget to sign in to your Gmail account provided in the “Data Collection Form” . . .

3. The subject categories can be accessed through the menu or the button as shown bellow . . .
4. Click the corresponding section, under the subject list select the required year level button . . .

5. This action will activate a list of pre-‐defined folder structure . . .
6. Add/Open in Drive will allow you to shift it to your Google Drive . . .

7. Drive view will display the list of users who have the right to view or edit the uploads . . . Where as to upload a document just drag and drop it into the required folder . . .
8. An upload dialogue box will appear requesting sharing confirmation . . .

9. Using Google Drive file viewer the uploaded file can be viewed, downloaded or even shared . . . .
10. Further sharing the document with colleagues is so simple . . .
