The Entire process in few simple steps; 1. Create a Google account (Gmail account – especially for assessment purpose)


2. Sign in . . .

3. Drop down the Gmail drop list and click on contacts;

4. Create a new group and add email ID’s;


5. Drop down the App shelf icon and select the Drive icon;

6. Drop down the Drive list and select Form option;


7. Select an appropriate theme, design your Form and add an answer script to it;

8. Once you have received the results, open the response sheet;


9. From the Tools menu of the response sheet select Script gallery;

10. Search for a script called FLUBAROO and install it;


11. Once FLUBAROO is installed from the FLUBAROO menu Grade the Assessment and email the grades;

12. The Question wise analysis of the assessment can be generated by clicking on the drop down menu of Form and selecting Show summery of response;

13. The Histogram of the assessment can be generated by the drop down Flubaroo menu and selecting View report;

15. To view the question wise analysis . . .

16. To e-­‐mail these auto graded assessment results just use the email grades option;
