2014 Texas Comptroller's Property Value Study Findings

Two Categories failed to pass in 2014

2015 Texas Comptroller's Property Value Study Findings For 2015 the Texas Comptroller Property Tax Division performed a Property Value Study of Lamar CISD, Needville ISD, Fort Bend ISD, Staord MSD, and Katy ISD. The Property Value Study ďŹ ndings reported each school district with a passing grade and the local appraised values to be used in establishing State funding for the Fort Bend schools. This re-established a grace period for all the school districts in Fort Bend County. Failure to pass the 2015 Study would have resulted in loss of State funding to the local school district.
