TCS&D (Temperature Controlled Storage & Distribution) magazine is delighted to welcome you all to the second instalment of the Cold Chain Hub by TCS&D at Farnborough International.

As many of you know, TCS&D magazine and its associated events provides a proven business platform for companies looking to showcase the latest innovations in the cold chain sector.

The event will be focussing on solutions for the transportation of perishable products especially the latest innovations in transport refrigeration and refrigerated transport, including the latest refrigerated EV’s.

The temperature-controlled storage and distribution sector wording is easy to understand, but not many people fully understand what the term ‘Cold Chain’ actually means.

So, what is the Cold Chain? To put it quite simply, the cold chain is a unique system of storing and transporting perishable products from A to B at a recommended temperature range.
