amily members and friends of USS Nimitz (CVN 68) Sailors checked on board yesterday for a three-day cruise from Everett, Wash., to San Francisco. Tiger cruise is a unique opportunity for crew members to acquaint their families and friends with Nimitz and associated shipboard duties. “The Tigers are encouraged to stand watch with their sponsors, follow their sponsor around, and gain an appreciation for what their sponsor does on a daily basis,” said Lt.
