So...this happened!! I was shopping for my Florida trip and I grabbed a size 14 on a total whim. When I started my journey I was a tight size 24. Like, my days in a 24 were very limited. To be putting on a size 14 (and it actually fitting ) is an incredible feeling. The last time I was that size I think I was in middle school! Freshman year of high school at the latest. One of my favorite #nonscalevictories so far!! Thank you keto for changing my life, and my outlook on myself and my body.

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 175 Celsius / 350 Fahre heit

In a bowl or a food processor, blend the very soft butter, cream and sweetener. Then add t eggs and vanilla and mix until well-combined Last, add the melted unsweetened chocolate cocoa powder, almond flour and baking pow Blend until you have a smooth batter.

Bake 13-15 minutes or until done.

Melt the chocolate in a water-bath (place a smaller bowl with the chocolate inside a larger bowl which you have filled with boiling water. The heat will gently melt the chocolate). Add stevia to achieve the desired sweetness. Wait until it has cooled down a little.

Dip the cooled donuts into the chocolate (double-dip if you want a thicker glaze) and place in the fridge until the chocolate coating has set.







Keto Pizza for the Whole Family Think you can't do Keto for the whole family? As a mom of 4 teenagers who love pizza let me assure you that it can be done. You just have to be creative. This keto pizza is one everyone will be begging for more. Recipe: Pizza Crust: 1 8oz creme cheese softened 3 large eggs

1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 c almond flour 1/3 c coconut flour Directions: Mix creme cheese, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the almond and coconut flour mix another minute Fold in with a spatula the parmesan and mozzarella cheese until mixed well. Take butter, or coconut oil and grease pizza pan. Take mixture and spread thinly over pizza pan the thickness you like. You control how thin or thick your pizza crust is. You can even make a small edge like a regular pizza if you like. Bake on 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Take crust out and let sit for 5 minutes. Add pizza sauce and toppings. Place pizza back in oven until cheese is melted. Cut and enjoy. Makes enough crust for a large 24" pizza. (thin crust)

15 months ago I decided that I wasn’t going to fail (again). 15 months ago I realized that I was in control and that I COULD CHANGE. In 15 months I’ve lost 135lbs..I never expected to have extreme weight loss in such a short period of time..most of the time I still can’t believe this is real. You can do this too. Keto Pancakes, Best recipe yet. INGREDIENTS ⅔ cup almond flour 2 tablespoon coconut flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 4 ounces cream cheese 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoon swerve or to taste ½ teaspoon cinnamon to taste ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS Makes 6-8 pancakes (Serving size for 2) Mix all dry ingredients well. Use room temperature cream cheese or microwave for 20 to 30 seconds (what I do). It has to be soft. Once dry ingredients are

mixed well, place all ingredients into a blender, and mix until completely combined. Turn stove on to medium-low. Lightly grease your griddle (I use a cast iron griddle that has been wellseasoned) and slowly make pancakes. The key is low and slow. Turn when the pancakes start to bubble. It's about 5 minutes per batch.
