A MESSAGE FROM COACH SHEFFIELD

Dear Badger Fans, What a year 2014 was. I know I speak for the entire team and coaching staff when I say “Thank You!” to each and every Wisconsin Volleyball fan that packed the Field House last season. There is no better feeling than coming out of the locker room to 6,012 fans cheering to bring out the best in our athletes. Madison is a truly special place, and I could not be more proud to coach this team. 2014 is in the rearview mirror, and we are looking forward to some fantastic new talent in our incoming class. We have what might be one of the best recruiting classes in the country this year with four Under-Armour First Team All Americans and five Volleyball Magazine “Fab 50” selections. Combined with two experienced PAC-12 Conference transfers, the future is bright here in Madison. We are looking forward to a challenging 2015 schedule full of strong teams that will prepare us for many different styles of play. I hope you make plans to be a season ticket holder for the 2015 season. As you may know, attendance at Wisconsin Volleyball matches has been ranked in the top five nationally every year for the past 15 seasons. The UW Field House is one of the best environments in all of college volleyball and we need your support to top the attendance rankings! If you choose to be a season ticket holder this year, you will be invited to the third annual exclusive “Meet and Greet” event on August 17th in the UW Field House. This season ticket holder-only event will feature an opportunity to personally meet me and my staff, enjoy complimentary appetizers and beverages, and mingle with other volleyball ticket holders. A separate invitation will follow in midto-late July. Our season ticket holders are the backbone of this program and we look forward to the opportunity to interact with all of our loyal fans at this annual event. Reserved season tickets are $65 per ticket regardless of age. Seating availability is less abundant than our general admission seating. All new and additional reserved season ticket orders, as well as requests for changes are reviewed first based on annual giving levels and then priority points within each giving level as of July 15, 2015.

DEADLINE FOR ORDERS Volleyball season ticket and parking orders are due Friday July 10, 2015. Orders not received by this date will be considered late. Late orders are subject to seat relocation. Payment for season ticket orders will only be accepted by logging into your online account at UWBadgers.com, or over the phone by calling 608.262.1440 or 1.800.GO.BADGERS. Phone orders will be accepted during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

ADDRESS CHANGES It is the patron’s responsibility to inform the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in your address by July 31, 2015. Please submit all address changes online at UWBadgers.com by logging into your online account or via email at tickets@UWBadgers.com.

MAILING OF TICKETS & PARKING Season tickets and parking will be mailed on August 10 via USPS priority mail service.

ADMISSION POLICY All patrons two years of age and older must have a valid ticket for admission. Children under the age of two may be admitted without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

ACCESSIBLE SEATS Accessible seating at the UW Field House is available in the general admission seating areas. Patrons who need to make accessible seating arrangements may purchase tickets in advance through the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office or on game day. Please see an usher upon entrance to the UW Field House to direct you to the accessible seating areas.

REFUNDS Refunds and exchanges will not be made unless an order is not filled. Refunds will not be made due to a game time or day change.

ADDITIONAL SEASON TICKETS If you would like to purchase additional season tickets, you may do so under additional items when ordering online, or you may add additional season tickets when calling by phone. All additional reserved season ticket orders will be reviewed first based on annual giving levels and then priority points within each giving level as of July 15, 2015. Reserved season tickets may not be adjacent to your current season tickets, if you would like both your additional and current season together, and are willing to re-locate, please indicate this desire when ordering your season tickets.

CURRENT SEASON TICKET HOLDERS REQUESTING SEAT CHANGE Keep the following points in mind if you wish to request a seat improvement: » Changes are based on availability and reviewed by annual giving level and priority points within each giving level as of July 15, 2015 » The number of years requesting seat changes does not factor into the request process and requests are not carried over from the previous year » Requests for seating changes should be placed in the comments box located next to your season ticket line when ordering online, or may be placed when ordering over the phone. Each request is reviewed by the Athletic Department, but the volume of requests may not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletic Department. The Athletic Department reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice, thus there are no guarantees.

PARKING INFORMATION SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ORDERING PARKING Advanced sale parking for volleyball is only available on a season basis. Current permit holders should order their current parking assignment or make a request for a lot change in the comments box located next to their season parking item online. Season ticket holders who would like to purchase a season parking permit may also make that request when ordering their season tickets. All parking requests are reviewed based on annual giving level and then by priority points within each giving level. Season parking permits will be valid for all home matches. Season parking will cost $75, which breaks down to $5 per match.

SINGLE MATCH PARKING Single match parking is available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis the night/day of the match directly from the lot attendants. There are no advanced sales for single match parking. Single match parking is $5 per match.

PARKING LOTS All season and single game parking for Volleyball in 2015 will be located in the Lot 16 (located behind the UW Credit Union off of Monroe Street) and Lot 17 ramp (situated immediately north of Camp Randall Stadium) and Lot 18 (season passes only). Drop-off site for patrons with disabilities is available at Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium on Monroe Street and at the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace. Individual match Reserved and General Admission tickets will go on sale to the general public Wednesday, August 19 at 8:30 am. Tickets may be purchased online at UWBadgers.com, by calling the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office at 608.262.1440 or 1.800.GO.BADGERS or in person at the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office, located at Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium.

A minimum of 15 admissions (any combination of adult, youth/student and senior citizen tickets) must be purchased to receive the group ticket discount of $4 per admission for adults and $2 per admission for youths (Ages 2-17), UW-Madison students, & senior citizens (Ages 55+). Group tickets may be purchased in advance beginning at 8:30am on Wednesday, August 19 through the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office. All group tickets are general admission seating.

RESERVED TICKETS

(Advanced Purchase Only) Individual match reserved tickets are $7 regardless of age. Individual match reserved tickets are available through advance purchase only, subject to availability. Reserved tickets are not available the day of the match.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS General admission individual match tickets are $5 for adults, and $3 for youths (Ages 2-17) & senior citizens (Ages 55+). UW-Madison student tickets are $2 and require a valid student ID to purchase. On the night/day of the match, general admission tickets are sold at Gate C of the Field House (entrance off of Breese Terrace) and the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office (located outside of Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium) starting one hour prior to match-time.

Family Four Packs are $28, which includes 4 general admission tickets and 4 food vouchers good for a hot dog and soda. Additional tickets are $7. Family Four Packs are only available through advanced purchase. They are not available on the day of the match.

AWAY GAME TICKETS Away game tickets for volleyball games are not available through the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office. Please contact the host institution for ticket information and availability.

NCAA TOURNAMENT INFORMATION 2015 NCAA VOLLEYBALL FIRST & SECOND ROUND

Thursdayâ&#x20AC;&#x201C;Saturday, December 3-5, 2015 If UW is selected to host First and Second Round NCAA Tournament matches, season ticket holders will have priority with regards to purchasing tickets. However, due to NCAA Tournament ticket allotments and allocations, it may not be possible to receive the same ticket location for the tournament as you have for your season tickets. The Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office will do everything they can to accommodate you with comparable seating should this occur. More information will become available after the start of the season. Please note that Wisconsin is not guaranteed of hosting the first and second round. Should Wisconsin not be selected to host, tickets will be available through the host site.
